  Lovely experience there. Had to shop for a speaker, a phone case, and earbuds for my friend. The staff was helpful and friendly.

  Keenan in Geek Squad on Colonial Dr. was amazing. He was so kind and helpful. He was quick to help others while still helping me with my issue. I highly recommend visiting while he is working. This was my second visit to a Best Buy on this day, the one in another county could not help me and told me they would have to keep the computer for a few days so I decided to take it to the one closer to home and Keenan fixed it in less than an hour.

  Best Buy is ripping off everyone! No pennies anymore! They are not training their staff to round up on the pennies either. It adds up for the company. Greedy and they can easily get pennies from the bank. I will go to another store from now on! They doing more than nickle.and diming everyone. They are penny pinching everyone! Corporate greed strikes again!
