He also went out of own way to help us. But only thing that I don’t like. Both times going the card system is old so it gives us issues. I think the store itself needs to update their system to help the amazing worker they have. I’ll always go to this location though. Due to the outstanding customer service. Thank you so much 🙏 ( But I still think they need a new card system lol )😝

- AMAshley MetcalfMar 1, 20261.0I would give a zero review if I was able. I went up there to get my phone transferred to new phone I bought. They wouldn’t even look at the phone. They told me it was locked and there was nothing they could do. I took it to cricket in Green Cove Springs and they helped me it was hooked up the same day because it’s an AT&T phone. The girl that was working acting like she was bothered because I got there at 6:20 and they close at 7:00. I went back a few days later and the guy there also went and help. Thank you, Erica from Green Cove Springs cricket.
