  I visited the store Monday the 9th because my phone was not recognizing my Psim the day before i spoke w customer service via chat to register an Esim, the esim did not fully activate w my number. Long story short when i entered the store "angel"(he didn't have a name tag that's the name he gave me after a chuckle ) insisted that i needed a new phone and if the physical sim doesn't work than the electric Sim wouldn't work we stood by the entrance going back and forward w him saying he can't help not willing to even pull up my acct ive worked tech support, tmobile sales and sales floor coach.... iknow a few things his demeanor expressed he wanted to have a slow day and not do anything today, unless he was getting a sale or adding a line . After i asked can he call customer service to send a new qr code he said theyll tell me the same thing so i asked can he atleast open my acct he told julio to go do it while he sat on his phone. Julio did ok unfortunately he kind of allowed angel to get in his head that the issue can't be fixed like i said ive worked tech and know how the systems work i informed him of a few key things to look out for while setting up the esim and he finally got me back online. I appreciate julios effort but in the future hopefully he won't allow angel to make decisions for him (ive worked w a few angels during my time at tmobile) if julio takes anything from this experience i hope he takes initiative. Your customer is yours u do your job and do it at your best abilities don't allow anyone to tell you something can't be done until you atleast try for your self and don't allow lazy coworkers to tarnish your representation.. youll get far in sales if you put your best foot forward always show the cx that you will go above and beyond for them even if you know from experience that it can't be done still put in effort you will always have returning customers when it's time for an upgrade,purchasing accessories or adding a line! Please address this behavior so future customers receive proactive support, whether or not a sale is involved. Thank you for your attention.
