  July 3 and the dog , Hunter, is sick! We were quickly given a same day appt! The staff were all very kind and helpful. The location was easy and the building is so well done for pets and pet parents!

  I can’t say enough good things about the team at VCA Animal Hospital. I was very worried about my senior dog, Ferdinand, and showed up about 10 minutes before they even opened. I didn’t have an appointment, but they immediately took my concerns seriously and got him checked in. Despite not officially being open yet, Ferdinand was seen by the doctor before 9:00 AM. The entire staff was kind, compassionate, and understanding during a stressful situation. His workup and urinalysis came back completely normal, and the doctor took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I am so grateful for the exceptional care and prompt attention they gave my sweet old man. Thank you to everyone at VCA for going above and beyond!

  Great care taken with my cat at VCA today. I absolutely love that they put a little Feliway calming spray on the exam table. This made my Alley cat's nerves ease right away which in turn helped mine! The care they showed just by having this product in the waiting room to the exam room shows they are not just a dog vet and that they are here for the cats too. Barbara the hospital manager was extremely kind and compassionate and the veterinarian Nadia McLean ( no relation) was very thorough. Thank You VCA!

  Apparently, they don't check your animal's medical history before prescribing medication because I was prescribed a medication that I already have and had not finished giving him yet. After this mistake both the Vet and the manager still didn't look at the medical history to see the correct medication. We ended up going back and forth for 30 minutes until the vet finally looked and the records and realized she prescribed the wrong medication (never saw the Vet face to face, had 4 nurses running back and forth to the back) It boggles my mind that it took 30 minutes and like 8 trips to the back for the Vet to finally look at the medical records to realize her mistake. Also this place is EXTREMELY expensive...over $600 to diagnose and treat hook worms and tape worm for a 3 month old puppy

  This place is amazing! My pup passed away and he was brought here and they did an amazing job communicating, sending their condolences, doing everything in their power to help me and my family out. They even went as far as getting a mold of his paw print for me and a stamp of his nose and paw. I’m beyond grateful for them. I can’t thank them enough. This was such a rough time but they went above and beyond for my Ollie. If you need a great animal hospital for your fur babies this is the place to go! Thank you so much VCA animal hospital of bayonet point ❤️
