  What a wonderful experience! We had scheduled our 4 pups to get their necessary vaccines in preparation for flying internationally and I was prepared to wait for what was going to be a long day. But to my surprise, we were greeted immediately and within minutes we were escorted to the back room where literally the dogs were weighed and each one taken back for the services required and we were there a total of 20 minutes! It was amazing and the staff was very friendly and professional! I can’t enough good things about this vet and the operation as it is a smooth running well run organized and very clean place. If I could give 6 stars I would! Love this place, the App, the ability to chat online with the Dr….amazing!

  We arrived early for our first appointment in case there was paperwork to complete. After checking in, we were taken to an exam room where we waited well past our scheduled appointment time. We continued to sit there with no communication or update from staff. After more than 30 minutes past our appointment time without being seen, we decided to leave. I informed the front desk that we had not been seen and that we were leaving. It’s extremely frustrating to be kept waiting that long, especially with a panting, anxious pet who is already nervous about being at the vet. Delays can happen, but leaving clients and their pets sitting in an exam room with no explanation or acknowledgment is unacceptable. If you plan to visit this clinic, be prepared to wait a significant amount of time.
