wow, how disappointing.. I just went into this store specifically to upgrade my Samsung and get a new phone with accessories and then also to look for a Dell computer upgrade.
Unfortunately the rep at Samsung
,David, was so unfriendly ,so non
personality, so unhelpful,that I truly was frustrated enough to just walk out of the store. My thought was just simply to come back another day but he told me he was there every day.I'm now back at home researching where else I can go and get the items I need.

Spent 4 hours there to be told the employee couldn't get the radio to fit because ray wasn't there. Employee continously decided to assist other people who did not have an appointment like I did. Very disappointed in the effort put forward because Ray wasn't there which I was told at least a dozen times should have been told first thing ray wasn't coming in

My wife and I came to Best Buy looking for a new fridge! My wife felt in love with some of brands we saw on display and even better when she saw the prices! Then we met Frank, he was very attentive to us and he took the time to give us a tour around all the different brands, models and he even showed us the ones in the discounted section. Frank was very knowledgeable about everything on the sales floor, we asked lots and lots of questions and he was always very helpful! Then during our conversation with Frank we had the opportunity to meet Lanson, he introduced himself to us and he was very friendly, smart and he also showed us few more options Best Buy had to offer. I never met before someone with so much confidence, knowledge and top notch customer service like this guy Lanson, kudos to him for being such great help during our difficult time we had chosen our fridge, specially because my wife is very particular about choosing the appliances for our kitchen. Thanks to Lanson and Frank for working together to help us make our decision so much easier with the great customer experience and the information we received. My wife and I we are very pleased with the results and the customer experience here at Best Buy! We highly recommend this Best Buy location to everyone not only for their great service but also we noticed that all the employees we met as soon as we got in the store they were ready to help us and they acknowledged our presence and right away they directed us to the section where the appliances were located; Incredible service! ❤️ this is one of the most clean and organized store we had ever been.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent order I placed for an iPhone through your store. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery window was clearly stated as 3–5 business days. However, it has now been 20 days, and I have yet to receive my order.
This significant delay falls far outside the promised timeframe and has caused considerable inconvenience. If the item was backordered or subject to extended shipping times, this should have been communicated clearly upfront so I could make an informed decision.
Additionally, I want to address my experience in-store when I attempted to resolve this issue. I spoke with a manager named Ashley and mentioned that I was willing to pay the difference to upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro in order to avoid further delays. Unfortunately, her response came across as dismissive and inconsiderate, which only added to my frustration rather than helping to resolve the situation.
Her proposed solution was for me to cancel the order, receive a refund, and purchase the phone directly from Apple instead. I explained that this was not an acceptable solution, as I did not want to wait an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to be returned to my account. I specifically requested a cash refund to avoid further delay. Despite this, the refund was processed back to my card, which will now take an additional 3–5 business days—ironically the same timeframe originally promised for delivery.
