I wated over 20 min to speak with an associsate about opening a case. to make things worse the assosiate that was hepling in ac case ignored my request 2 times by helping other people that walked in just a minutes before. The individual that stands by the door dose not offer help. seems like during a remodle would be the most important time to. They were not frinedly at all either. The cashier that rang me out asked for my phone number and did not confirm which name so she picked someone elses account. Luckly i was watching to correct her. if you type in a number and more then one account showes up and diffrent names you should ask.... not assume. She was also rude with me when I corrected here. by telling me i should fix that..... how can I... Oh thats right. I cant. They are grossly understaffed. I dont care that the place is being remodled. itss not a big deal the stuff i wanted was still avalible. I will not shop at this location again. I will be reaching out to corporate as well to let them know whoever manages this place has 100% put it in the ground.

No problem, they told me which items I needed. After I ordered them 3rd party I rescheduled and came and got told “we don’t work on speakers this size we aren’t a custom audio shop. Don’t waste your time. Get a grip Best Buy. You either install or don’t. Then goodluck talking to a person if you call and have an issue
