- EWElissa WAug 6, 20265.0Highly recommended. We are new to Broward, and chose VCA Pines as our Vet for both of our dogs. I cannot say enough great things so far about our experience here. First both Dr. Thompson and Dr. Meacham have been excellent. Second and just as important, the front desk staff is great. When we made our first appt, they retrieved all of our dogs records from different Vets the same day. Every time I have called, they have been so helpful. They have never left me on hold for an unreasonable amount of time - I've called several times with questions, and they respond back in a timely manner (within minutes, not hours or days). After starting medication, they followed up with us which I've never seen in my previous vet visits. My checking in and out has been smooth as well. In my past experiences, it has been vastly different, and those LITTLE things made a huge difference with an already sometimes challenging day for our dogs. Thank you VCA Pines!

- THThe Hub305Jul 14, 20265.0The vet is super professional we came from a clinic in Doral in Miami where they wanted to amputate my cats tale and he not only recommended not to do it but also sanitize the wound and bandage it and is healing ❤️🩹 fine thank God and this clinic and its staff. And for a reasonable fee compared to the overpriced clinic in Doral. God bless VCA Pines West Animal Hospital and his staff
- YYYolandaJun 17, 20265.0I would highly recommend Dr Berg to anyone looking for a vet who takes time with his patients, does thorough exams, explains everything being done to your fur baby, and offers pros and cons. I can go on and on. His love of animals and their well being is very obvious. Annual exam (very thorough exam, ears, eyes, teeth, skin, paws, heart and lungs, vagina and anus, bloodwork and two shots $350. Worth every penny to know that my girl is in good health.
