  My ATM credentials were stolen and the store I looked up didn't bother to ID the thieves before they stole $320.99 of my money. The bank paid me back but shame on Best Buy for not insisting on IDs every time

  Kevin B. was EXTREMELY helpful and very knowledgeable. Very patient and answered all questions without hesitation. Decided on the 65 inch Oled Q5 and Samsung surround sound for that great sound. Set up was easy. Box was perfect and fit in the back of the jeep with all seats folded down. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you Kevin extremely gracious and appreciative of you.

  I visited the store on the 30th to purchase a laptop. Unfortunately, my initial experience with customer service was disappointing. The first employee I approached did not take the time to understand my needs, showed little interest in assisting me, and eventually walked away without helping me find a suitable option. However, I was then referred to an employee named Dylan, and that completely transformed my experience. From the very beginning, Dylan was patient, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed for work and guided me through the best options available. Not only did he prevent me from making the wrong purchase, but he also helped me set up credit and a payment plan with care and professionalism. His calm, respectful approach made the entire process feel smooth, easy, and even enjoyable. Dylan’s level of service truly stood out, and it made a lasting impression on me. I sincerely appreciate the store for having such a dedicated and knowledgeable employee, and I strongly believe Dylan deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides. Thank you Dylan.

  Ordered a Samsung HW-S60D soundbar in open box excellent condition. It is clear these guys did not inspect the box. Only one mounting bracket was included. The power adapter and remote are missing. Major failure from these guys. I would not buy anything from this location.
