Veteran and locally owned - In the Fall of 2021, at Florida State University at Panama City Professor Dr. Jamiel Vadell challenged his Entrepreneur students to design a coffee shop for their final. The 5 students loved the idea and created Techspresso. A coffee shop created for students, by students!
*** We are a cashless bar ***
The goal was to create a calm, safe environment for students to grab coffee, study alone, or in groups. Techspresso is open to the public and everyone is welcome!
We conveniently have spaces for students to study in private cubicles, comfortable seating in the main room, and a group room for projects and meetings.
Customers generally enjoyed the food, noting it was fresh and tasty, although there were some complaints about specific items being cold or not prepared correctly.
Customer Service
Service quality was inconsistent; while some staff were praised for being friendly and helpful, others were reported as rude or indifferent.
Cleanliness
The restaurant was frequently described as clean, with positive remarks about the overall hygiene and condition of the facility.
Coupon Issues
Several customers expressed frustration over the refusal to accept coupons and issues with online orders, leading to dissatisfaction.
Operational Hours
There were complaints about unclear operational hours and being turned away before closing time.
