    Kaia is amazing. Very thorough and precise with everything she does. We ordered all new appliances for a new home and shipping dates were not available for one of the eight items we ordered. She said she would follow up with us every day until she saw a date was available - that she did, and we are very appreciative of her and her customer service. Thank you, Kaia for everything! You rock!

    I am a Total member with Best Buy and this has been one of the most frustrating and poorly handled purchases I have ever experienced. Five weeks ago I bought a 48 inch showroom refrigerator at a discounted price. I was told it would take two weeks for a specialized team to dismantle it and deliver it. That turned into more than three weeks only for the delivery company to call me the day before arrival and say the unit was damaged and could not be delivered. By that point I had already gotten rid of my existing refrigerator trusting Best Buy’s timeline. Trying to fix the situation was even worse. The store is an hour and a half away and I could not reach anyone there. Customer service told me they could not contact the store either and that I had to go in person. So I made the drive only to be offered a replacement that was backordered for another month and a half. That is completely unrealistic when you are already without a refrigerator. To their credit an employee named Jason at the Palm Beach store genuinely tried to help but it became obvious that the corporate office has no real coordination with individual stores. Promises of follow ups went nowhere. Desperate I located another showroom refrigerator from the Dadeland store. I was explicitly told multiple times that it was in perfect condition with no scratches. It was boxed so I could not verify. I took their word for it. When it arrived a week later it was covered in scratches. It gets worse. I was told installation would be easy so I did not pay for it. The delivery team then informed me it required professional installation due to the weight distribution and safety risk. So now I had a damaged refrigerator sitting unusable in my home. I went back again another long trip and spoke with an assistant manager named Jesus who was helpful and scheduled installation. But when the installers finally came they did not even have the necessary parts and refused to proceed because it was unsafe. So here I am after weeks of delays misinformation and multiple trips still without a working refrigerator. The biggest issue is the complete disconnect within Best Buy. Corporate does not communicate with stores. Stores do not communicate with delivery teams. Sales associates provide inaccurate or misleading information. Customer service cannot resolve anything. For a company of this size and especially for a paid membership program this level of disorganization is unacceptable. Being a Total member clearly means nothing when it comes to actual service or accountability. This has been a chain of failures at every level including product condition delivery communication and installation. I have wasted time money and energy and I am still waiting for a resolution. If you are considering buying a major appliance here especially a showroom item think twice.

    Associates in the cell phone department were extremely helpful and spent all the time needed to resolve my many cell phone problems. Aaron was fantastic. His pleasant helpfulness calmed the anxiety that Xfinity failed to provide.

    DO NOT PURCHASE ANY COMPUTERS AT THIS LEGACY PALM BEACH GARDENS STORE! My "new" laptop was a factory second. It's cheap because they are defective! I purchased a "new" but defective laptop which MSI the Manufacturer (which acted responsibility) said they would swap out my defective laptop for a new one. This is a few months later after purchase. Best Buy will not swap it out but instead is trying for a second time to repair it. 3 months on and off without a computer. I paid for a new computer but in the end my new computer will be a rebuilt one by Best Buy! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY COMPUTER ELECTRONICS FROM BEST BUY. Go anywhere else. NOTE: MSI is a responsible company.
