  I recommend you go elsewhere. I scheduled an appt for a battery replacement and showed up to the store and had to track down an employee because of the chaos and no one was available. After waiting past my appt time I was seen to check in and told to sit and wait some more. When I finally met with someone they did diagnostics and agreed it needed replacing but told me it would take “two hours—no wait—overnight” to fix. A routine battery replacement that should take 90 mins and was scheduled for an appt, is now “you need to leave it overnight or come back another time, all our techs are occupied as we had so many walk ins.” Why allow me to schedule the appt and waste my time? One of the wealthiest companies in the world and their store cannot manage basic routine service.

  Had such a great experience with Kenn he went above and beyond with his customer service! Definitely recommend this Apple Store location everyone was very attentive and helpful.

  I have always had awesome experiences at Apple Stores, but this store has HORRIBLE costumer service. Went in to ask about getting my screen fixed the guy couldn't give me a price, he first said at least $300 when I asked a accurate pricing he said he didn't know, didn't even try to ask someone or check. When I asked someone else what would be the value of my phone if I trade it in, woman told me 0 because the screen was cracked. I trade in many apple products with broken screen and always got something in return. Seems like this team is clueless. If you don't want to help client don't work in sales.

  They are not good at getting things done. Waiting 1.5 hours longer for phone battery also they. They kept telling me I don’t need a battery and need to buy new phones it was a struggle to get them to just put new battery in. Getting away from apple products
