  First and foremost this store is always busy and you 100% need to know to find someone who checks you in. With that said and me knowing this it’s fine. I went in on Tuesday to replace the Camara on my daughter’s phone because she ran it over with a go cart. Once they had the phone front and back glass also needed replaced fine. However once they ran a second diagnostic on it the WiFi/Cellular module is bad, we told them the situation and advised all the parts would be in by Friday. So I walk in find someone explained that parts were ordered. After sitting for some time I got back in like and asked what was going on, an actual repair tech come out to talk to me, turns out they gave him wrong info and couldn’t find anything. After we sorted this all out I explained our situation, he advised he only had 2/3 parts. He was very nice and I wish I knew his name to give him more credit he went ABOVE and beyond for me! Thank you!

  Victoria is quick to deny help, I went in for a car charger, the side that connects to my phone didn’t match my phone so I went right back to exchange it for the correct one, being I was just in the store 15 mins ago and she tried telling me she can’t exchange it. She is not the one whole sold me it so maybe she is good enough to have sold me the correct one in the 1st place idk but she definitely didn’t want to help me exchange it for the correct one. Help me figure this out instead of being unhelpful. I got the help I needed from another associate. 3stars for store and negative 2 stars for her. I don’t want to be unfair and give it a 1star but I am tempted just because of her

  I had an issue with my phone’s microphone, so I visited this Apple Store today. I want to sincerely thank Alex for the outstanding service. He spent almost two hours helping me, patiently troubleshooting the problem and making sure everything was working properly, explained everything clearly. It’s rare to receive this level of customer service, and I truly appreciate the care and effort he put into helping me. Thank you so much, Alex, for such a positive experience. Apple is lucky to have someone like you on the team!
