  Hands down best cell phones experience I’ve had in over 10 years with this company and at this store. I left AT&T after years of a $400-$600 phone bill and transferred all 4 lines over to Cricket. Service has been great, customer service has been superior, and my bill is only $130 a month now!!! Best move ever just wish I would have done it years sooner. Thank you Cricket 🫶🏻

  I would give them zero stars if I could. I upgraded my son's phone yesterday. The manager Dean rang up a case, that was for a different phone. He said my case would come in tomorrow. Fast forward to tomorrow, which is now today and I call and someone who doesn't give their name says they will not give me a refund of$40 that I paid for the case of which I do not have. I ask for a corporate number, he says we don't have one. Just come in tomorrow and we will fix it. I stress to them the phone is for my 13 year old, and I asked if they will replace the phone if my son drops it, he says it's not my problem, I then say well it's not my problem that you don't have the case, very unprofessional. He said we don't give refunds. I will never ever buy from that store again. And you can believe I will get a number for someone that's over Dean. He didn't even get on the phone, he was having his little puppet relay the messages to me.
