  Admittedly, I don't typically go out of my way to write reviews for products or businesses unless I have a really negative experience and want to vent to the world about it, but I am going out of my way to write a review for Trek because my experience with this shop was so overwhelmingly positive. I would give 10 stars if I could. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, they listened to me and confirmed not only that they had what I was looking for, but that it was the correct part to resolve my specific issue with regards to my specific bike. Not only that, but knowing which model I owned, they cautioned me about potential issues with installation, told me how to resolve them, and straight up just gave me the part needed to fix it. They even helped me identify which model generation I had purchased (from Facebook marketplace). The service alone would have been enough to earn my loyalty as a customer, but they were so infectiously friendly that it improved my overall mood and made me smile the entire trip home. If this is my experience every time, Trek has earned a lifetime customer. Prices are a bit high, but worth it because of the quality of service and parts, you definitely get what you pay for.

  Great place to bring your bike for a tune up or buy a bike. Very professional and service is fast. Tyler is on his game!
