  I bought a vintage Trek 610 bicycle from Facebook marketplace and needed it ship to me at Lagrange, GA. The first bike shop I called would box the bike but would not ship it. I called TREK BICYCLE ORLANDO COLLEGE PARK and Andrew walked me through the process of them boxing the bike, me purchasing the shipping, forwarding the shipping label to Andrew, and the boxed bike being picked up at the shop. They made it simple and easy for me in which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this bicycle shop/dealer.

  Got my ebike's inner tube replaced nice and fast and at a good price, thank you guys. Will be back for any other bike work.

  I brought my wheels in for a sealant service. From the first inflation, sealant was leaking through the spoke holes and valve, indicating improper sealing. Shortly after, the front rim failed structurally. When I returned, I was told the rim tape had not been replaced, and no responsibility was taken beyond refunding the service. In my opinion, proper inspection and basic recommendations were lacking. Not a good experience.

  I recently bought a Domane SL6 Gen4 at this location. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. They answered all my questions and gave great suggestions. They made sure to explain how everything worked. I would gladly buy a new bike and accessories from this location!
