I brought my relatively new iPhone 17 Pro to Geek Squad for a simple back‑glass repair. After multiple visits, the phone was returned to me stuck in a restart loop. When they attempted to diagnose it, the logic board became corrupted, and I had to go to Apple to get the logic board replaced. The area around the back glass was also noticeably scratched by the Geek Squad.
What should have been a quick repair turned into a week‑long hassle. The staff was polite and got me in quickly, but the overall outcome was disappointing.

Horrible communication, waste 2 hours waiting to get phone screen fixed, for them to boot me to fix someone else’s battery and told me to come back tomorrow and someone might get to me.

I was in a bind and couldn't figure out why all of a sudden I didn't have an internet connection in the house. I already went through the basic resets and other steps I knew to take with no avail. I made an appointment with Geek Squad. They showed up when they said. WOW!! Jacob got right to work and had me up and running in no time at all. Highly recommended
