Just straight terrible! I arrived at this store and waited almost an hour just for the manager to arrive from God knows where. When he arrived, he did not seem to care about answering any of my questions or helping me resolve my issues. What makes this very interesting is the fact that he claimed my account was locked, seemingly so he would not have to provide me with customer service. Multiple times, I asked the manager—or whoever this man running the store was—to contact Cricket because it did not make sense for my account to be locked. Not only did the manager use explicit language, but he also threatened me. Eventually, I left and went to another Cricket store, where I experienced no issues and had all of my questions answered. When I arrived at the other Cricket store that resolved all of my issues, I asked whether my account was locked. They told me that it was not locked and that they had no issues accessing it. This proved to me that the manager at this location simply did not want to help me and did not care about working that day. You left customers waiting outside the front door for an hour with no one watching the store, even though the store was listed as open. On top of that, you lied about my account being locked. I have proof from another manager at a different location showing that there was nothing wrong with my account and that everything was fine. From that point on, my experience at the other store was not an issue at all. If this is how Cricket runs its business, I will warn other people. Although we want affordable phone service, we are not looking for low-budget customer service from people who do not want to show up to work and who make their customers’ lives miserable.

It was good but I feel like the online website should work I originally tryed to order the phone online and it wouldn't work so I had to end up going to the store and paying a $25 activation fee which I found ridiculous cause metro PCs doesn't charge that also when you ask to waive it the throw in a case and screen protector for 10 bucks more like what I don't have them money to pay for the activation fee and then you want to charge me $10 more for a case and screen protector sounds like highway robbery. When in a paid more then I expected to pay it's crazy.
