  I had such a great experience at Cricket Wireless thanks to Arletty, who went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely made sure all my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed. Her positive energy and professionalism made what could’ve been a stressful visit feel easy and smooth. It’s rare to come across someone so consistently kind and focused on helping customers the right way. I really appreciated her support and left feeling completely taken care of. Thank you very much!

  Went with a friend to get a new phone. Though I didn't purchase anything, the salesperson was very friendly and during the whole emails back and forth and getting access code for two level authentication he was very knowledgeable. Spoke of various marketing and possible deals for my friend. Very helpful and courteous.
