  Very disappointed I’ve always come here for years to get three vehicle equipment, full installations, alarms, etc. technicians lack on putting stuff back properly. They try to hide any damage that they’ve done to your vehicle and eclipse that are missing are improperly installed not to factory standard I complain. This time Is full car amplifier system installation, including speakers, After installation, I noticed there was loose handles on my truck a new truck a miss wiring on the passenger speaker not sounding correctly. I took it in several times. And it was not fixed properly until the amplifier started going out because of the Miss wired speaker then all the other speaker started sounding much better than I knew right away that it was that one speaker that was Miss wired once I took it into Best Buy and told him he says my amplifier is out which I don’t believe them and I’m taking it to a Rio Audio professional Installer I have a JL Audio, five channel amplifier with four Kicker speakers and a sub Perfect for a small Chevy Colorado and this guy jeff does not know how to hook things up correctly creates a lot of mistakes and tries to hide them. I will not recommend this Best Buy to anyone you’ll end up paying more than hiring a real professional installer because they lack an experience.

  Mi experiencia en Best Buy fue muy buena. Compré un iPad y Apple watch y realmente es una tienda donde encuentras prácticamente todo en tecnología. Tienen muchísimas marcas, variedad de productos nuevos y también opciones Open Box en excelente estado y a buenos precios. La atención al cliente fue excelente. Algo que me gustó mucho es que, aunque estés en Estados Unidos y hables español, el personal te atiende sin problema. Incluso encontré asesores que hablaban inglés, español y portugués brasileño, lo que hace la experiencia mucho más cómoda y cercana para turistas y compradores internacionales.

  Rude staff that’s standing around gossiping and not helping customers. I was waiting for 20 mins to get help and staff helped me with bad attitude, this is unacceptable. Best Buy customer quality has decreased tremendously.

  To the manager who hired Adam in the computer department, thank you for hiring such an outstanding employee. I also want this message to reach Adam personally, because he truly made a difference in my experience and deserves to know how much I appreciate him. Adam helped me while I was looking for a computer yesterday, and from the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Shopping for a computer can be stressful and overwhelming with so many options, features, and price ranges to consider, but Adam made the entire process feel so much easier.   Frustrating experience today around 7:20 PM. 04/20 I came in specifically looking for a replacement power adapter for my monitor, but the level of support was non-existent. The employee with the beard in the customer service area offered zero assistance. Rather than helping me verify if any of the universal kits included the correct Tip 17, I was essentially told to figure it out on my own. I ended up leaving empty-handed because no one could confirm basic compatibility for the products on the shelf. I’ll be taking my business online or to a store that actually understands their inventory and values their customers' time.
