Avoid this store! I had an iPhone repaired at the store. I returned to the store after it had water damage from being incorrectly repaired the first time. I was told to come back in 2 hours. When I returned, I was told it had water damage and was charged $744.44. I had to pay because I needed the phone for work. Following this, I attempted multiple times to resolve the issue via calls, emails, surveys, and on-site visits to speak with management, but did not receive a follow-up or resolution. I work for an MSP, and our non-profit client wanted to go all-in on Apple. I explained the issue I had and asked them to make it right. They would or could not. We went ahead to the Mall of Millenia Apple Store to help us get our customer Apple registered. We worked with their business team to support onboarding and purchasing until the Apple store went onsite to our customer without us. They told the customer that our services would no longer be necessary. The store sold them Mosyle licenses when the customer already had Intune licenses that could do the same, and did not help with Mosyle configuration onboarding. I spoke with our Rep, who said he would not give a customer bad advice, but did so as they did not understand the scope of what we do. Management defended the store's actions, saying they did nothing wrong to the customer. We mentioned that we would never do the same if the roles were reversed and that this was unprofessional.

The Apple Store at the Mall at Millenia was extremely busy and ready to close. Honestly nobody was friendly and we were ignored for a full 20 minutes. We tried to explain that we tried to schedule the appointment but the system refused due to the reason. It was a simple request, but we needed help. Camila was the only person who was kind and considerate and helpful, and it meant a lot to us. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the customer experience. She was phenomenal and very appreciated. We are grateful for how she made the visit easy and stress‑free after waiting and watching the other employees joke around and ignore customers.

As someone with experience in the service industry, I understand that difficult days can happen. However, I have always made it a priority to treat customers with respect, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, my recent experience here was extremely disappointing, especially considering I spent over $6,000 at this store. Upon arrival, I was interrupted by an employee who stated that he was aware of the line and instructed me to wait beside him, specifically asking that I refrain from asking any questions until he was ready to assist me and to make sure I knew what I wanted This interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I was then directed to another employee seated in the middle of the store ( heavier set lady ). Before I could fully explain what I was looking for, she abruptly informed me—rather rudely—that the phone I wanted, including the specific color, was not available, this was said with an attitude and without even looking at my face. While I understand that the store may experience high traffic, that does not justify poor customer service. Respectful communication should be a standard, regardless of how busy the environment may be.

Spent SIX HOURS at the store trying to help my 75 year old cancer patient mother upgrade from an iPhone X to an iPhone 17 because her phone was so outdated that she could not download the apps to pay her bills. Because the X is so old it was a very complicated process; I get that this is not the fault of anyone in store. What is the fault of the workers: (1) when we were directed to place an online pickup order in the store and wait for it, I got a text, walked up to Josh and showed him and asked "it says my phone is 'set up for pickup' does this mean my order is ready, or just scheduled?" he said it was not ready, keep waiting, and I would get a text saying it was ready. That never happened. it was ready the entire time. I sat with my (in pain) mother in that store for over an hour waiting until I had to leave to go to work. Came back that night to further technical difficulties and Charlotte helped us work through those including cancelling said pickup order because there was some issue with the particular device. However when they grabbed a different device to try again, whoever was in the back brought out an iPhone 16 instead of a 17. My mom kept saying she just wanted the newest one so it would stay in-date as long as possible and have enough storage for her. You don't really see the box or what you're doing when they help you transfer things so we did not notice. I saw today they sold her an iPhone 16 with HALF the storage she had on her iPhone X for nearly the same price as the 17. I asked why the price was rising up to $729 instead of $799 and they told me it was because of a carrier discount. No, it was because it was ringing up the wrong model. I understand this was a complicated and frustrating transaction for all of us, but grabbing and recognizing the correct products you are selling is basic stuff. We are already dealing with so much BS in her life right now this is the last F88ing thing we need

04/17/2026. Apple Store at Millenia Mall Orlando FL Attn: Tracy -- Store Manager & Karen --- Marketing Mgr RE: Positive Customer Experience --- LEAD GENIUS Having previously sought help at this Apple Location ...I was quite familiar with my GF on how this store operates. The employees are well trained but are limited in their individual certification and training. > Relying daily on the functionality and successful operation of my iPhone 17 Pro Max; I made an appointment having an issue powering off my phone. > After being delegated to a number of different employees; I finally requested an individual having authority. > We were fortunate to be assigned with Melanie, a 21 year Apple Veteran who we found very high value skilled and extremely knowledgeable. Previously being at the store a day earlier, I desired a completely new phone. Melanie stated she needed to go through the process of diagnostic testing to determine why my phone could not be powered off. Although having difficulty at first enabling the testing process....Melanie persisted in trying to resolve our issue. > With Melanie's persistence; she identified how to rectify our issue without affecting the existing settings. > Hopefully, besides middle management; this Apple employee's prudent and efficient handling of a challenging and complicated case gets cascaded to Apple Executive Management.
