  Great store! Very busy on a Saturday, store associate Christian took the time to explain the details on the Mac book pro and Mac book air. He is a great representative of the Apple brand!

  It was a packed store. However a team member greeted us shortly upon entrance and assigned a representative to us. Representative was very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Kudos to Francesca.

  I bought a brand new phone a few months ago with a "lifetime" screen protector warranty. When I purchased the screen warranty I was told I could go into Apple at any time and they would replace it for me. I went there and waited over an hour just for them to tell me the request for the replacement has to go through a specific company and they can't do it for me at the store. Even though they told me I could do it at the store. When I checked the specific company afterwards it's $10 to ship one screen protector! I can buy a pack of 5 for $10 off Amazon. An absolute scam and I would not have bought this warranty if I hadn't been lied to by the representative.

  Terrible service, terrible customer service. I left my working phone for a battery replacement (iPhone 15 Pro), and the phone returned in SOS mode, leaving me unable to make calls, use the internet, or GPS. They didn't resolve the issue, saying the problem was with my carrier and told me to go home and have a great day, unable to return home without internet, and with a device that has a different problem than the one I brought it in for. I do not recommend any type of service.

  Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service – A Complete Lack of Respect for Customers I am writing this review with genuine indignation. My recent visit to the Apple Store at The Mall at Millenia in Orlando was one of the most disappointing retail experiences I have ever endured. I walked into the store with the simple intention of purchasing an iPhone. What followed was an absolute insult to my time as a paying customer. I waited for over twenty minutes standing in the store, watching employees walk past me without acknowledgment, while I desperately tried to get someone's attention. Not a single salesperson approached, not a single employee offered assistance, and not a word was spoken to acknowledge my presence. This wasn't merely poor service—it was outright disregard for the customer. It bordered on disrespectful behavior that no business should tolerate. The level of neglect displayed by the staff was astonishing. Twenty minutes is an eternity when you're expecting to be treated with basic professionalism. There was zero accountability, zero courtesy, and zero effort to help a customer who had made the trip to their store specifically to buy from them. As a direct result of this abandonment, I took my business elsewhere. I went to the Apple Store at Florida Mall, where in less than five minutes I was greeted, assisted, and completed my purchase without issue. The stark contrast between these two locations speaks volumes—and unfortunately, it reflects poorly on The Mall at Millenia Apple Store. For anyone considering visiting this location: do not expect respect for your time. For Apple corporate: this represents a serious failure in customer service standards that needs immediate attention. My experience here was unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this store to anyone under these conditions.
