  Don't go here, they will scam you. Set up a genius bar appointment here and the lady who served me didn't even touch my laptop. She just said it cannot be fixed and pushed me into a new purchase because I am of college age. I went to a different store and they actually touched my laptop and told me it was perfectly fixable for about $1000 less than what I spent on the new laptop I bought. Absolute scam, returning it asap.

  I had such a disappointing service today in apple store in Millenia mal , just awful Unfortunately I bought a new iPhone but that will be my lost iPhone from apple Such a bad service , and she was just bad in everything you can imagine … even 1 star is way to generous for this service

  I wanted to thank both Brandon and Kevin for their patience and help today. I was worried it would be a big hassle upgrading and transferring all my data from my iPhone 8 into a 17, but both of them were more than willing to go step by step with me. Great customer service from both of them, thank you!

  Yesterday, I visited an Apple Store to use my AppleCare coverage, and to my surprise, I left without any resolution to my issue. After paying for AppleCare for three years, this was the first time I needed to use the service, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. My iPhone has been experiencing serious issues, and from the beginning of the appointment I clearly explained all the problems and mentioned that replacing the device would likely be the best option. However, the staff insisted on attempting a repair instead. I spent the entire day at the store waiting while they tried to fix the phone, only to eventually conclude that the device could not be repaired and needed to be replaced after all. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was initially informed the replacement device was in stock, only to later be told that it was no longer available. After hours of waiting, I was then told I would need to wait more than three days just to receive a call when the replacement arrives at the store, or more than seven days if I chose home delivery. This makes absolutely no sense to me considering I have been paying for AppleCare specifically to receive efficient service and a quick resolution when problems arise. Instead, I left the store at 7 PM without a solution and still using a phone that is in terrible condition — the battery is severely degraded, the phone constantly shuts off and restarts on its own, and there are many moments when I am unable to use it at all. I simply want to express my frustration and disappointment with this experience. I have always heard from many people that AppleCare service was fast, simple, and effective, but unfortunately that was not my experience. At this point, I am still waiting for a resolution and for the replacement of my device.
