Tyler made my day. I came to the store to switch my old iPhone for a new one. Thought it would be easy but I clearly wasn’t ready for what it takes. Especially since I was paying with Apple gift cards. Tyler helped me throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Between him and Mustafa, they made my experience at the Apple Store a very positive one.

A terrible place; I strongly advise against it. I arrived because my phone had stopped charging via the cable; I was in a huge rush and needed the issue resolved urgently. At first, the staff kept passing me from one person to another. Then they simply told me to use wireless charging and walked away. I asked for some spray or alcohol wipes so I could clean the charging port myself, but I was told to wait 10 minutes and my problem would be solved. After 10 minutes, they said someone would be with me any moment. All this time, the staff were just idling and chatting with each other, with no intention of actually doing anything. Five minutes later, I asked again for the spray to clean the port, but the employee replied that they don't clean ports with spray—that’s a job for a technician who wasn't in—and told me to wait again for... who knows what. I had to leave with a non-functional phone because I couldn't wait any longer.

Horrible customer service... Giving it 2 stars because the first day I went, Joao, I think it was his name, was nice. Came back the next day because supposedly the first day was not possible to fix it and blah blah blah...
The next day, the first guy helping me was really in a rush, I asked a simple question and he said he didn't know (my husband that doesn't work for apple was able to tell me where to find the info on my phone is less than 30 seconds)... Then they tell me my phone is going to take 2 hours to get fixed and that the balance is $0.
I came back at an hour and a half before the time I was told and the guy said there was no way it was gonna be ready before the time... Came back after the time I was told then the new girl "assisting me", rude as hell, rushes me sign a few documents without explaining anything anything even though I kept asking, I thought this is just protocol to get my fixed phone back...
After I finished signing everything she tells me that I need to pay $99 plus taxes, and I was like wth? And I asked again why? And what did she just made me sign? She says she is not sure and she needs to read, after scrolling the same pages over and over, she said they couldnt fix the phone and needed to be replaced and with the warranty that was the price, I was trying to explain to her something and asked more questions, she gets really defensive and kept talking over me and kept being sarcastic for no reason, like she is the owner of the store, and I was like: you know what? I don't need this, I would like to speak with someone else... Then after a long while the manager came with another story and at the end I had to pay, for what looks like a refurbished phone. Hopefully I don't have to come back here. Ever.

Horrific experience with customer service and technician knowledge when attempting to get an I-phone repair.
I made a 5 pm appointment in advance and walked into a complete zoo. None of the Apple team wanted to make eye contact. I tracked down a team member and he pointed off into the distance and told me to take a seat. I waited for 15 minutes and then approached another team member whose very first words were: "Would you like to buy an new I-Phone?." I encountered 5 team members over the next 8 hours and everyone of them started the conversation with: "Would you like to buy a new I-phone?"
I waited 30 minutes before technician Jessica appeared. I described the issue and for 20 more minutes she typed on her I-pad looking for a script that would tell her what to do. She finally gave up and told me that I would need an appointment with the 800 Apple National team. She then spent 10 minutes (disappearing for 5 of them without saying a word, was it break time?) trying to figure out how to make an appointment. She finally gave up on that task and out of desperation turned to another team member. They asked me what time I wanted for a phone appointment. I said 9pm, they said only 8:45 pm was available and I was lucky to get that and I agreed to 8:45 pm.
I sat by my phone from 8:45pm-8:55 and no phone call from the Apple 800 team. I then called their number and engaged with technician Kendra. We were very deep into diagnosing the issue when my phone began to blow up with texts and phone calls from Apple. They wanted to know why I had missed the "9:00 pm appointment". You know the 9:00 pm appointment that Jessica said WAS NOT AVAILABLE. I counted 10 texts and calls from Apple as they called every 4 minutes. You can imagine how disruptive that was in the middle of my conversation with Kendra. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with Kendra she accidentally dumped me. It was clear throughout the call that she was fumbling through online instructions and did not have any depth or experience.
After I got dumped I called Apple back and of course they could not/would not reconnect me to Kendra. I was then directed to Anna who attempted to read Kendra's indecipherable notes and again we began the day long journey to repair my Iphone. Anna had no more expertise than Kendra or Jessica and 20 minutes into the process she dumped me as well. Mid conversation, she is mirroring my phone as I closely follow her directions and then deadly silence. After waisting 2.5 hours of my time I finally gave up. Anna managed to delete all my Settings in the process.

The Genius Bar is poorly managed. Go to this location if you don’t mind sitting around for hours for no reason. I arrived early for my Genius Bar appointment but was told I couldn’t check in early but they told me if I had been late for my appointment they could have checked me in right away.
I already knew I needed a replacement phone, but the manager refused to ask any of the employees just standing around to check the inventory. After waiting 45 minutes, Clay finally checked and told me they didn’t have the phone in stock.
A quick inventory check could have saved me nearly an hour. The manager was more concerned with making customers “wait their turn” unless you were late than running an organized, efficient store. The employees showed zero respect for customers’ time.
