This place sucks just get your phone from Tmobile . Shana the supervisor is super rude and had decided to use a very condescending tone with me while trying to belittle me . I have had to explain to multiple workers have been waiting over an hour for my appointment while she continues to help people . While Plenty of workers are available and attending new people .

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I have been an Apple customer for years and have continuously paid for AppleCare because I believed it would provide premium support when I actually needed it. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been the complete opposite. After accidentally damaging my iPhone 14 Pro Max, I requested an Express Replacement through my AppleCare One coverage. Apple cancelled my replacement request three separate times. The first cancellation came without any explanation. After spending over 90 minutes on the phone with Apple Support across multiple calls, I was told the issue had been caused by an internal problem related to Find My. Apple assured me the issue had been corrected and submitted a new replacement request on my behalf. That request was cancelled as well. A third request was then submitted online, and once again it was cancelled. Today, I drove to the Apple Store at Florida Mall hoping someone could finally resolve the issue in person. Instead, I was told they could not help because they did not have a replacement device available and were unable to resolve whatever issue was preventing my Express Replacement from being processed. So after paying for AppleCare for approximately three years, including coverage that specifically advertises Express Replacement Service, I still have a damaged phone and absolutely no solution. At this point, the issue is no longer my damaged iPhone. The issue is Apple’s repeated failure to honor the service I have been paying for. I have wasted hours on support calls, made multiple attempts to resolve the matter through the official channels, visited an Apple Store in person, and still have no replacement, no repair, and no meaningful explanation. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had with Apple. I sincerely hope Apple Executive Relations steps in quickly, because the standard support process has completely failed me. If you purchase AppleCare expecting a fast and hassle-free replacement when something goes wrong, be aware that this has not been my experience.

Just went to this store today for the first time. I needed a change of battery on my iPhone but I was skeptical to go cause of negative reviews. I decided to finally go through with it and I have absolutely no complaints. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, from the greeter to all the way in the back at the Genius Bar. Was told to go back in an hour or 5 minutes before the scheduled return time, which I did and the phone was already finished. 5/5 will definitely return.

I visited this Apple Store for a series of appointments and arrived at 6:00 PM for my first appointment scheduled at 6:35 PM. Upon arrival, I was directed to Izzy and told that I could not be checked in until five minutes before my appointment time. I returned multiple times and was finally checked in at 6:29 PM and instructed to wait. What was frustrating was seeing numerous employees standing in groups talking among themselves while customers were waiting for assistance. From a customer perspective, it appeared there were plenty of staff available, yet very limited support for repairs and technical issues. The scheduling and staffing process seems poorly managed and creates an unnecessary wait experience. The one bright spot of my visit was Greg. He was exceptional. He took the time to educate me about several of my Apple devices, helped identify solutions to ongoing issues, and provided outstanding customer service. He even explained why my phone storage remained full despite paying for additional iCloud storage, something that had been confusing for me for quite some time. Greg was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of urgency from other staff members and a rigid check-in process that did not appear focused on helping customers. I would recommend that management review staffing, scheduling, and customer service practices to ensure employees are actively assisting guests whenever possible. Without Greg, this visit would have been a very disappointing experience. He is an asset to Apple and deserves recognition for the level of service he provided.

This Apple Store has helped me so many times in the past. As someone who has paid for apple care for years I felt like the service I was given was absolutely horrible compared to the past. I came in with my battery life under 80%, my charging port had barely worked for over a year and if I take a photo with my camera there are clear dirt spots I can’t clean. I explained my situation and was told “the charger is working now” you’re going to have to deal with the slow charging and the camera situation I was told “the camera works doesn’t it? Apple doesn’t care if the photos are blurry, your camera works” needless to say I’ve never been met with such poor customer service. I’ve been taken care of many times in the past at this location and when I asked if I could just trade my phone in with all its issues under apple care I was told they have never done that and that’s strictly an apple support issue. The kicker here! Apple support app told me to request this due to the amount of issues I’ve been having!!!! Either way the customer service was so horrible I could never imagine being this way to my own customers at my current job and it was so bad I’m considering ditching Apple for the first time in 18 years. I hope I never have to go back here, it’s really gone down hill. Makes me sad to see as I once thought this store was amazing with customer service. Added bonus they broke my perfectly fine screen during the repair and tried to act like they did me a favor when nothing was wrong in my repairs with the screen. What a joke
