  I give the whole company right down to customer service support a zero. 1 of the stores gave my phone number to to another customer and added a 4th line and shut my phone off. They did this without photo. I.D. or verification They sent a message and took my phone off the network just after if that's how they treat a loyal customer for over 10 years my advice is stay away from these idiots!!!!!!

  Both times I have visited this location the customer service has exceptional. The store manager Andres was very informative and solved my issue with a smile. I recommend this location for anyone that wants professional and friendly service.

  Went into add a line to our account but we had the max amount but Gavanique made the process to start an account so easy. She was very sweet and professional. Quick and painless.

  Cricket use to be a great choice. Customer service at this store is bad to say the least. I would stay away from this store. It's all about getting you to sign and buy new phones you don't need. Made me buy new phone that didn't work right from day one. Went back to store the next day and than a couple more times. Told me. Nothing wrong. Spent 6 different times with Cricket customer service for over 7 hours (using another phone as mine didn't work) to find out. They put in wrong info in my account. Then I had to pay for shipping for new phone as it was over 7 days old. Also read all complaints for AT&T and Cricket in recent months. Thousands. They got to big to fast and can't handle it.
