- WVWilliam Vida2 days ago1.0I went to Clicked to upgrade my phone and had a very disappointing experience. The employee didn’t introduce himself, didn’t provide a name, and showed no interest in helping. Instead of assisting me, he just told me to scan a QR code and offered no guidance at all. On top of that, his behavior seemed very unusual and unprofessional, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. This is not what I expect from a customer service experience. Very poor service, lack of professionalism, and zero effort to actually help the customer. I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.
