  Horrible and rude on the phone would never use them again. The guy was very rude... Never would I tell anyone to use the service at this location...

  We are so Blessed to have gotten Lisa the manager on one of the busiest days of SPRING BREAK in FL. Thanks, Lisa for giving me the dream of my life a new RAZOR flip pH for less than 200 bucks turning me on to the service protection plan PLUS UNLIMITED! Impressive and I will be back. Heads up people they offer the best cases for pH and the prices are lower than AMAZON!

  December 10, 2025 bought a new phone for my son who is already an existing customer, Mike did not swap the sim card but did what he called an e-sim activation. No sim card needed he said on their wifi in the store? Ok didn't question it. Phone worked intermittently then not at all. Couldn't make phone calls and incoming calls went to voicemail so today I sent him BACK TO the store to see why. He was gone two hours and I called there. Apparently a new sim card was activated Mike said paid for.... and they needed to call 611 to activate it so it took awhile. My son came home and still couldn't make or receive calls. Livid I called and was told it was past the seven day return policy (today is Dec 18th!) so we would have to do an insurance claim! For 75.00 after paying $172.00 on Dec 10th! I am beyond livid and will be going back tomorrow when the manager is there. If this is not resolved I will post this same review every day for as long as it takes to get a working phone I paid for!
