  Excellent customer service and patience as we transferred two active Verizon phones over to their Cricket wireless service and have plenty of service now, whereas with Verizon I never had service barely anywhere. I don't know why I waited Soo long before switching service providers but wished I had done it sooner!...

  My mother went in to this store get some help with her phone. She is not the most tech savvy person (I'm being kind here). Anyway, Jermaine at this store was incredibly patient and kind to her. He cleaned up some stuff that was on her phone that was affecting performance and helped in a non-condescending way. I spoke to him while she was there at the store to explain the issues she was having with her phone. He said "Don't worry, I'll take care of your Mom". I live 1200 miles away from her and he probably had no idea how much that meant to me. If I could give 20 stars for Jermaine, I would do so. Cricket Management, this gentleman is a shining star in your company and I hope he gets recognized as such. Update : Unfortunately, subsequent dealings with other store personnel were not as rewarding as with Jermaine. My mom has now purchased 2 phones from them ; neither of which is the phone I asked them to give her. When I call to rectify the situation, all I get is promises to call me back, which has never happened.
