  CUSTOMER BEWARE: My experience with this Cricket Wireless location was extremely frustrating. We switched to Cricket during the iPhone 13 promotion where customers who transferred service could receive iPhone 13s at a discounted price/free with the offer requirements. During the purchase, we were told that the phones could be unlocked after about three months, even if we stopped paying for service. That information was incorrect. Cricket’s actual policy required six months of active service before the phones could be unlocked. I also came into this store for help with an account/code issue and the girl spent around 30 minutes while the problem was being looked into without any resolution. I eventually had to contact customer service myself to get the issue handled. The main problem was receiving inaccurate information and not getting effective assistance when trying to resolve issues. Customers should be able to trust the information they are given when signing up for service and purchasing phones.

  Chris did a fantastic job with my husband when he was purchasing a new phone. He found the best deal and plan for us. And even offered to let us know about the financing. He spoke very clearly and understandably. Any question my husband had, Chris was able to answer. So, Big Time kudos to Chris for our visit at the store.
