  I walked into Cricket yesterday very stressed and frustrated, because my phone finally froze up and quit on me after 4 years. The associate, Nate, that assisted with was fantastic! He was polite, knowledgeable, informative and asked all the right questions to insure I purchased the right phone for me. Cricket is very lucky to have this young man on their TEAM! Thank you Nate!!!
