  Be very careful when visiting this store, especially regarding a pregnant employee named Yanelis. She is extremely rude to customers, and her attitude is unpleasant—completely unprofessional. Also, she added services and new lines to my account without my authorization, committing fraud in the process. I only realized this when I called customer service and they reviewed my account; I’m alone on my account and have never added any additional devices. I was told that she subsequently sells the phones outside the store at a discounted price to make a profit for herself. No one in the store trusts her, anyone doesn’t feel comfortable working there because of her, to the community be aware and never visit this location 🙏

  Le pregunté a un vendedor que no estaba dentro D la tienda estaba fuera de la tienda que si por cambiarme de compañía obtenía yo alguna promoción y me dijo que me vendía un teléfono en 350 dlls. Entonces me regresé a boost Mobile y me dieron un teléfono Samsung en 95 dlls. El vendedor era alto Moreno cabello afro .
