- BFBrent Fox3 days ago1.0Absolutely the worst Apple store I have ever been to. If you need help with your $1350 phone, they don't have technicians onsite to help and the 12 year employee Al could care less. They can't even look you in the eyes or stand in front of you. Store not staffed and they really need to be retrained on customer service. I have been with Apple 18 years, and I'm a shareholder, never once asked for help with my phones.
- SHSandy Hjortland6 days ago5.0These young people who work there are not only expert about computers and watches and phones, they are kind and so helpful. I am older….much older, but that doesn’t seem to bother them. Every Apple person I have met there has been great!!!
- PKParker KeenSep 14, 20261.0The apple store at coconut point is much better. Faster and employees actually know what to do
- RLRuthe LloydSep 2, 20261.0The WORST Apple experience, rude and unhelpful. Walked out and drove straight to Apple Coconut Point. MUCH better!!
- LSLIZ STEPHENSONSep 1, 20265.0I walked in and David stepped up and helped me right away. He was amazing. So intelligent could answer every question I had. 10 star experience
