  Today I gave my phone in for a battery replacement. They changed the battery, but when they returned the phone to me, it would not turn on. This caused me a huge inconvenience. What shocked me even more was their response when I asked what happened and what we should do. Instead of helping, they told me that my phone was basically useless and that I should pay an extra $700 to replace it with a new one. I could not believe it. They were not helpful at all. They essentially damaged my phone, returned it to me not working, and then asked me for another $700 on top of that.

  Had a great experience getting my phone replaced Friendly kind patient Clean friendly. Easy parking. Nice outdoor mall to walk around Summer was awesome. Manager Sarah was great too. Noticed they explained well to a customer the differences of the NEO larger/ small version Noticed Summer helped a lady really understand her headphones and Bluetooth Actively fixed a variety of problems while still remaining focused and helping me.

  I had a really frustrating experience at the Apple Store. My fiancé and I drove 45 minutes specifically to purchase two Apple Watches, only to end up standing there for over 40 minutes without any assistance. What made it worse was watching multiple customers who arrived after us get helped before we did, while we were completely overlooked. We actually left and came back, hoping for a better experience, but things only got worse. Understandably frustrated, my fiancé spoke up, and instead of trying to resolve the situation, the manager asked him to leave. I tried to calmly explain what happened, but I was also told to leave. What’s most disappointing is how the situation was handled. The manager’s response felt unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of de-escalating or offering a solution, she escalated the situation and asked paying customers to leave. It was clear there was a lack of basic management and customer service skills. We weren’t rude—we were just frustrated after being ignored for so long. The lack of organization, awareness, and respect was unacceptable. We came ready to make a purchase and left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect.
