- EMEileen MaronnaOct 16, 20265.0My husband Paul & I were at Cricket in Miramar, Fl today. We had an extremely nice, knowledgable & helpful gentleman by the name of ALEX helping up. Not only did he help us he also helped another retired couple that needed help with the technology & 2 other ladies came in while we were there. He gave everyone the respect & attention & we think he's an exceptional guy. When I need a new iphone I will only go to see ALEX at this Miramar Cricket store.

I had been to another Cricket store and they told me to call customer service as they only switch phones. If u need assistance see Alex at this store.
