  Longer than hour waits just to visit your hospitalized pet and they don’t look busy they’re conversating in the front about some drama from other coworkers. Have to keep reminding them of the same thing or following up because they won’t remember or follow up with you about your SICK pet. The front desk gives you misinformation. Check before you tell me something. The doctors were good so far. The experience overall though messy. if my experience changes i will update my review.

  I’ve had a great experience with the team at VCA Knowles. The staff has always been professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring with my dogs. One of my dogs went in with a serious emergency and the doctors and team handled everything quickly and confidently which made a stressful situation a lot easier on our family. Thank you again to the entire team for the excellent care.

  I cannot recommend Knowles Animal Clinic in Sunset enough! They are always punctual, attentive, and have been there for me every time I’ve had an emergency with my dog. The entire team truly treats Rocky with so much love and care, and they’ve always been able to help fix whatever issue he’s having. The front desk ladies are amazing — always kind, attentive, and they never keep me waiting long. You can tell everyone there genuinely cares about the animals and their owners. Dr. Riera is incredible. She helped Rocky with his allergic skin condition and was able to find the right food for him, which made such a huge difference. Melany and Maura are also wonderful and always treat Rocky with patience, love, and care. Rocky is a very hyperactive dog and not always the easiest to control, but they handle him so lovingly every single time. I would recommend this location with my eyes closed. Thank you all for always taking such great care of Rocky!

  I have been coming to VCA for some years now and my pets have always received the best service and treatment. From the moment you walk in, you are treated like family. I have also noticed the cleanliness in the waiting area, hall ways, and separate room. The staff, technicians, and doctors, treat my pets as their own which makes me and my pets feel very comfortable and happy. You are attended quickly. I have taken my pets when they have experienced all sorts of illnesses and pains and they always recover quickly. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

  I get you guys have to upsale Ima sales man too but you guys fear mongering your patients aint the way . I had to bite my tongue when the Doctor couldnt explain with all the tests and Xrays that the dog had a simple tummy ache and was taking a nap I asked if my puppy would come back from it and they said idk . I had them test my puppy german shepherd to parasites and they said the test wasnt 100% so what am I paying for is the question ?? The fact that you guys over exaggerate especially me not knowing how the insurance on a dog works these people just went on a field day . Indirect responses to all test no diagnosis at all and when you opt out they try to push you to get the treatment they tried to hospitalize my German shepherd puppy for a simple tummy ache . Before the person who responds to these reviews decides to dispute what I am saying understand that everything these people did was for an upsale and money and will act like they are doing it to insure the health of the patient and the best of the patient blah blah blah . Just letting you know I thought you might say this . The reality of it is going to this place was a blank mission . The only good person there is the young boy at the front desk he is going places . My late dog Nala had on operation where I paid 6,000 dollars to save her and now realize these people lacked the knowledge or skill to perform any type of surgery at all because she died inside this hospital and I thought they where doing the right thing these people made my dog a science project . They are kids running a muck in an office and My dog was there experiment . You got me once shame on you , you got me twice shame on me there will not be a third time . My puppy is back to herself like any person or animal just needed rest after poop and vomiting from treats to a sensitive stomach . Has anyone hear had the runs before ?? Well its the same for dogs . Everything these people gave and prescribed was not needed at all but hey in the heat of the moment expect these people to Jerk the knife to make you move and do what they want . My animals will be your test subjects no more . Once again no straight forward diagnosis answer just I dont know’s and that is when I realized I was in the wrong place . If you cannot explain the a person that the dog has the runs after all the tests you ran and including Xrays fee’s that you have to pay to decipher what is going wrong in the dogs stomach then you are definitely in the wrong place . These people went from 1,600 - 2,000 and then 3,000 I had to be polite if not these people will try to shame you subliminally. The realization that I brought my previous dog here to be butchered on a surgical table was my punishment for not coming to realize sooner these people have no Idea what they are doing or saying .
