  Very long wait times, but I always forget about that by the time I meet with the doctors and staff, due to how caring and professional they are. I’ve been bringing my two cats here for a couple years, and now I’ve been bringing my new rescue pup. While the prices are a bit steep, they line up with area and franchise vet norms - it’s not a fault of this business itself. Each vet I’ve seen has been so gentle, with great bedside manner; they listen, and they exemplify their care for our pets through their approaches.

  They produced their findings. I couldnt afford it all. Provided me the best option for my dog to continue living and I will come back for the procedures pending but where they outshine is helping me send their prescription referral to chewy for delivery approval. I truly appreciate this as I ran out of medicine [vetmedin] and my dogs my life but also because im going thru a hard time with my son and new home placement and they acted quickly to surpass the delay in approval times to then wait for the package. Thank you !!!!! Also download the app. Amazing tool

  Unfortunately, I can’t give the same raving reviews that other reviewers have left regarding this VCA’s “professionalism”. I had a scheduled surgery for my cat, was told I would be able to drop him off in the morning, and proceeded to wait for over an hour just for a kennel to become available. Any time I asked for clarification on when my cat would be taken in for surgery or when he would be picked up, the receptionists would tell me “it depends”. I’m already here for an incredibly stressful situation and am being left completely in the dark about what is going to happen to my pet that day. I am now writing this review waiting for him to be ready to go home (and have been waiting for 40 minutes already) after calling before coming to ask if he was ready to be picked up and was told he was. I understand this is an emergency hospital, but if you have scheduled surgeries, they should absolutely be honored and planned for ahead of time. Extremely stressful and frustrating experience. I will not be returning to this location.

  I am extremely thankful to the whole team at VCA especially Dr. Betancourt and our nurse Melany. I took my baby Matilda in for a sever ear infection to VCA Knowles snapper creek location. Dr. Betancourt and Melany made the process easy and had incredible bed side manor. They took amazing care of my baby and got her back to her normal goofy self. I could not be more thankful to the entire team!

  We cannot thank the team enough for the incredible care they provided for our dog, Nallie. Nallie was admitted with pancreatitis and was also showing signs of developing pyometra. She required hospitalization, and thanks to the dedication, expertise, and compassion of the veterinary team, she recovered beautifully. Just one week after recovering from pancreatitis, she was spayed, and the entire process went smoothly. Since then, we have gotten our happy, energetic dog back. In fact, it almost feels like our 10-year-old has become a puppy again! Seeing her playful, bright, and full of life has been the greatest gift, and we are so grateful to everyone who helped make that possible. Throughout every step of Nallie’s treatment, the team was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and always took the time to keep us informed. We felt completely confident that she was receiving the very best care. Thank you for giving Nallie a second chance to feel like herself again. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
