  I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Dr Alissa Perez and her entire veterinary team for taking such wonderful care of my cat, Pantera, during her surgery\. 🐾❤️ From the very beginning, Dr Perez was caring, professional, and reassuring\. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable knowing Pantera was in good hands. Surgery can be a very stressful experience when it involves a beloved pet, but the compassion and attention Pantera received made a difficult situation much easier for me. I’m incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and kindness shown to Pantera throughout the entire process. Thank you, Dr Perez, for treating Pantera with so much love. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a veterinarian who genuinely cares about their patients and their families.

  It’s always very good and warming to have such a good care of our pets and us in the VCA. From the reception till the doctor appointment, every single time we went blessed with Loving care, attentive listening, accurate diagnosis, patience, and so much joy. Every single time we visited with Chelsea or Lúcifer, the entire team was there to help us. I wouldn’t want to be unfair by mentioning only a few when everyone is so kind and competent, but it’s impossible not to highlight Dr Juliana, Dr Alyssa , Djandre, and Angela, and how could your day not turn bright and happy around Shania, whose joy is truly contagious and the support is amazing ? Thank you so much; this is a place that truly welcomes us when we seek help for the ones we love most.

  I have been bringing my cat, Top, to this veterinary clinic since he was a baby, and after more than five years as a client, I am finally done giving this place chances. Unfortunately, my experience over the years has left me feeling that this clinic is far more concerned with billing and collecting money than with making the experience safe, efficient, and as stress-free as possible for the animals in their care. After Top’s second year, he started becoming extremely anxious during veterinary visits, especially around vaccinations. Because of this, I have made a conscious effort to limit his visits to once a year whenever possible and to make the entire experience as smooth and quick as I can. Yet almost every time we come here, we are left waiting an excessive amount of time. On our most recent visit, we waited around 40 minutes in the room, allowing his anxiety to build and build unnecessarily. What I find particularly frustrating is that I have repeatedly tried to communicate his anxiety and make these visits easier for everyone involved, yet somehow the process is made more complicated and stressful than it needs to be. To put his reaction into perspective, this is a cat who travels extremely well. He does not need medication to fly, has been around airplanes and loud environments without an issue, and has been around large dogs, including Dobermans, as well as birds and other animals without reacting this way. His extreme reaction seems to be very specific to this veterinary environment. I obviously cannot know exactly why, but seeing such a dramatic difference in his behavior here compared with virtually everywhere else is extremely concerning to me. The final straw was the way I was treated after the appointment. After already discussing the situation with an employee, someone came outside and yelled after me in the street about paying a bill. I found that incredibly disrespectful, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. I have been enrolled in and paying for their annual wellness plan for more than five years. The implication that I would simply leave without taking care of a legitimate balance was insulting, especially after being a paying client for so many years. The waiting times, unnecessary complications, lack of sensitivity toward an anxious animal, and the way this situation was handled have completely changed my opinion of this clinic. I gave this place more opportunities than I probably should have because Top has been coming here since he was a baby and I valued the continuity of his care. But after more than five years, this was the last straw. I no longer feel comfortable bringing my cat somewhere that consistently makes an already stressful situation harder and where, as a long-term client, I was treated with such little respect.

  The Assistant (Wilder) was very kind and helpful. He was patient and able to explain things in detail when we asked and was able to answer all our questions. Him and the doctor (Nancy Wilber) put in effort to make both us and our pets feel very safe and comfortable. The front desk assistant (Jessica) was also wonderful and helpful. The assistant (Wilder) honestly made the experience the best very expensive I’ve ever had. Love this office. 10/10 experience. I will be trusting them with my pets again.
