- SLSarah Luna2 days ago1.0Juan's customer service was fine but unfortunately I was charged $40 for an iPhone screen protector (I have an android and get them for $10), $30 for a case (I get my cases from Amazon), and $8 for insurance all of which I DID NOT ask for and was unaware of till I arrived home. Not only that the service is unreliable and I'm paying more than with my other carrier. Though I was not late with my payment I was notified that if your payment is suspended you pay an extra $5 to get it turned back on 😱!! Its so sad people take advantage of honest and struggling consumers. I learned a painful lesson and now realize with regards to phone businesses they make most of their money from assessories and HE GOT ME GOOD🥺!! It was definitely not worth switching from Metro to cricket. I'm going back to Metro ASAP
