  If possible I give ZERO star. I hate like attendant refuse advise me to unlock an old iPhone. He just try send me to an appointment at the middle of my business hours with no orientation if it make some solution or no. He told me smilling: Do you have an apple ID to this old piece? Cmon! Respect the customer is the monimum. Be far from that piece of worst apple store!

  The worst experience of buying i've had.The staff have no type of qualification.I have a apple card and nobody knew how to sell me a Phone because I didnt have a physical card.And for last,after consulting various staff including a manager,the solution was to buy it online something that I didn't accept because I already was there.The last thing they told me was that they didn't have a solution.

  The worst experience I've ever had. I understood everything after talking with the manager. They don't care about you wasting time in the store, not even if you go out with more problems to solve because of wrong advice was given.

  Charlie and Megan were excellent. Knowledgeable, patient and kind. I sat in on the Apple Watch session and the Video tutorial. Truly enjoyed the experience.
