  I had a very seamless and smooth experience upgrading my iPhone. Megan was very helpful and got me checked out quickly, and Luke was great helping me with my data transfer and answering other questions for me. I was expecting a difficult time due to how busy new releases can be, but both of these employees made it very easy and stress-free. There was also a free 1 hour class on how to use the camera settings and I found it very helpful. It’s a bit out of my way but I will visit this location from now on for my Apple needs.

  Exceptional customer service from Jacobo and Megan! Jacobo was incredibly helpful throughout my phone purchase. He patiently walked me through the entire process and even stayed by my side while I contacted T-Mobile, making sure I understood each step and was able to get everything taken care of smoothly. Megan was equally wonderful! She helped me set up my new phone and carefully applied my screen protector. Both Jacobo and Megan were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a great experience. Thank you, Jacobo and Megan, for going above and beyond! Your excellent customer service truly made a difference and made my day!! (Thank you for my new phone!)

  Stephanie is the Bomb.com.. been through 3 AirPod maxs in the last year alone & the price tag sucks but hey they’re the amazing sound devices. The bottom line, I wanna address Stephanie and also Norlan on the maintenance side of the matter who just reached out on the status update pertaining to my headphones & wow both are outstanding at their jobs in their own rights. They both are shinning examples of why even after Steven jobs is no longer with us, his passion shows through the work force even now in 2026.. Apple corporate.. please give these employees a much needed raise & recognition amongst their piers for being exemplary in representing what Apple is all about.. maintaining amazing customer relationships. I normally have my Headphones almost all day & I can’t wait to receive even after the 200$ 2 fix them!

  Mario is a very smart guy, he explained in details all new characteristics of the new iPhone 18 pro max. He helped me decide what accessories to buy and recommended a great wallet color that matched my iPhone case. Then he helped with some information about the nano texture technology on the iPad Pro Screen and the upcoming iPhone duo coming next month. He made me feel comfortable during the process and welcomed since the moment I entered the store. I appreciate his kindness and help.

  Kim from the genius bar was so rude and disrespectful zero profesional at the moment of trouble shooting an issue that i have reported to the apple supportsince august i went to the store today September 17 at 6:20 pm that was my exact time of my appointment She didn’t even open my profile to check the notes and turn around and left when i asked her for her name she ignored me and kept walking I reported this with two leaders which i guess they will not do anything about it bc they were way younger that her I have escalated this to the corporate office and i will escalate this to the regional manager People like that with zero empathy should not take care of customers I went to the apple store directed by your customer service not because I didn’t have anything to do that day I work with my phone and still havent got a positive resolution Its time to clean up your house and get rid of employees that only collect by hour By the way 5 min after she ignored me ahe walked right in front of me leaving the store meaning that when it was my turn it was the end of her shift Perfect example that leadership has zero control with their employees
