  Hello!!!! My son and I visited the Apple store. He walk out with Apple what I think 17 pro max. We was attended to when we first walk in. Fast service. Plus he got a case and screen cover which they put on. I was impressed.

  Today was the first time ever that I have had a negative experience at an Apple Store. I visited the store to purchase a new iPhone for my grandma. Everything was going well until I had to pay. To my surprise the employee that was assisting me added Apple Care+ to my purchase without my consent. Fortunately, I caught it thanks to a notification from my bank. I confronted the employee and he acted as if it was no big deal and he just hit cancel from my iPhone settings (I have a shared apple account with my family where I am the main user). I would have reported him to the store manager but I couldn't get his name. Do better Apple! Be aware of the scammers you have working for you!

  Service was excellent and staff was helpful. Apple is worth the extra price for the peace of mind when something happens.
