  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional experience at the Apple Miami Worldcenter store. After dealing with a very complicated issue involving my account and Apple Gift Cards, I had already spoken with other Apple Specialists without reaching a final solution. The real difference was Guilherme’s service. From the very first minute, he was calm, empathetic, and confident. Instead of simply saying he would try to help, he reassured me that he would do everything possible to resolve the issue. Throughout the entire process, he demonstrated outstanding technical knowledge, patience, and genuine commitment to helping me. Even though my case was complex, he never gave up. He carefully investigated the issue, explored every possible solution, and stayed with me until everything was fully resolved. Thanks to his dedication and persistence, I was finally able to complete the purchase of my iPhone and enjoy the rest of my vacation. I would also like to thank the entire team at Apple Miami Worldcenter. From start to finish, everyone treated me with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help.   So happy with my experience. At first I was worried about my product purchase being delayed but Kenny was extremely helpful and made life easier for me during the process of swap. He works efficiently which is greatly appreciated. Not just with me but everyone around. Thanks again Kenny.

  I have to say I've never been to the apple store but my iPad was acting up. The woman who greeted me was professional and prompt. Got me a genius very fast. The man that came was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and even did a diagnostic test on my iPad from his. I would say all together they really have it together in this store. 5 ⭐
