  I thank the Genius Bar team for fixing my phone but please during the process, don’t drag my naked phone lens down on the wooden table! You might have scratched it and I didn’t like that! I’m still paying for it dude. Please mention this in your meetings!!

  I had an amazing experience working with Ziggy at Apple. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process of getting my laptop repaired. His customer service skills were truly top tier and he made the experience smooth and stress free. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely taken care of as a customer. Highly recommend asking for Ziggy if you visit this location.   I had a disappointing experience. I noticed a clear lack of information and knowledge about the different trading options. Several advisors did not seem well prepared to provide proper guidance, which creates a lack of confidence when making important decisions. I believe they need to improve the training of their team in order to offer a more professional service.
