  Went in trying to buy an iPhone, walked around for 11 minutes, trying to look for staff to help me and they basically ignored me. These DEI hiring policies, not working for anybody.

  I had such a wonderful experience with Lebron! He provided me with the best service and was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. He always had a big smile on his face and made me feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment I arrived. You can really tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and loves what he does.   I came in to have my laptop cleaned up, updated, and, most importantly, to optimize its memory and storage space. I originally had an Apple Genius helping me, but he was unable to resolve a few issues I was experiencing, including removing some specific programs.He then called over Josh (Joshua), who came to my aid and he was absolutely incredible! Josh immediately understood what was going on. He opened up the “brains” of my laptop, worked through the system and commands with incredible speed, and solved every issue I was having. I was genuinely blown away by his knowledge, technical expertise, and professionalism. He was not only able to resolve everything quickly, but he also made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I knew I was in good hands. His level of skill was truly impressive, and he went above and beyond my expectations. To whoever reads this review PLEASE promote Josh to an Apple Genius ASAP! He is clearly exceptionally talented and deserves to be recognized for it. He absolutely outperformed the person who was originally assisting me, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. If I ever have another issue with my laptop, Josh is the only person I will be requesting. He is incredible, and Apple is lucky to have him!

  I’m not from the area, and as I was walking into Brightline, I dropped my phone and the screen went completely green! It was unusable, and I was really stressed because I needed to be able to contact my family and get home. I was told there was an Apple Store a couple blocks down and I got some help to get there! I walked in hoping there might be some option to fix it. The team was incredibly kind, helpful, and got me an appointment right away. Within an hour, my phone was fixed. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me. Because of you, I was able to call my family and get home safely that night. I’m so grateful!
