Avoid this place at all costs! We were waiting ready to buy a new iPhone. They ushered us to a line where they took our name. We waited and waited and several other parties were helped ahead of me. I asked to talk to the manager and the guy who took our name said he was the manager! I don't know if this Julian guy really is the manager. He said he had put our name down but then didn't even know my name. He was so rude. He says I promise you are next in line but he didn't bother writing down a list. These guys think they don't have to offer any service because the phones sell themselves. I'm not buying an iPhone today or ever again. I've been convincing my family one by one to switch to Android and it's the best thing. I've been using an Android for more than 2 decades and would never go back. I was there to get a phone as a gift for an iPhone user but I can get plenty of other nice gifts for my loved one at this price point qnd with a semblance of customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. What a horrible customer service experience . I was treated like I am stupid by an employee her words were “ well if you don’t know how to use a phone I’m sorry for you” . I wanna point out that I work for a tech company remotely. I am also of the age that I grew up with computers and phones coming out of the womb. I think I know how to use a computer and a phone pretty well. Also, you are in a customer service facing job, you would imagine that these people are being trained in how to properly treat customers . I purchased a new phone online and went to pick it up and the QR code was scanning under my brother name who no longer is an Apple client nor in my phone line as head of the account. I called apple support as they requested and apple support confirmed that they do not have my brother at all in the account, that I should have no issues picking up my purchased product. That the order was entirely under my name. Well Apple at Dadeland refuses to release the phone to me. :) still fighting this so we will see how this turns out .

Like many other reviews here say, the customer service here is terrible. I took my daughters iPad in on my day off for an 11:20 appointment because it wasn’t charging, they got me in right away, technician came super fast , great looking like it was going to be a good experience , he let me know it was no longer under warranty which I knew already, but I just wanted to see what my options were. He said let’s put it to charge and see if it at least turns on so he put it to charge and kept checking in with me to see if it had turned on. He then told me he had to go take his lunch break and would be back in 30 minutes, but he would get someone else to help me while he was gone. Another technician came over and wanted to check if it had turned on yet which it hadn’t so he said he would also be back. They both left to go to the back and I did not see them for the entire rest of the time I was there. I sat there for an entire hour while multiple technicians all around me saw me there for an entire hour and not one decided to check if I was waiting for something or if I needed anything. I finally stopped another lady and said that I had been waiting as we were just trying to find out if the iPad was turning on or not, and it did turn on so she went to go find my technician in the back and then came out and said yeah he was just waiting to see if it turned on and I said ok he had mentioned something about doing a trade-in and she was like ok so you want to do a trade-in? and I was like not at this point not with you guys anymore. I didn’t feel like spending an entire hour on my day off at an Apple Store and I couldn’t understand why so many people passed by me multiple times and didn’t ask if I needed anything. They were too busy engaging in personal conversations amongst each other like a lot of other people have mentioned.

This week was my third Appointment to repair the back of my phone that was cracked. Once again, I show up to my appointment and they don’t have the necessary piece to fix it. It’s disrespectful how Apple is basically forcing you to leave your phone there for five days and offer you a loaner in the meantime. I explained to them that their party vendors get the job done in an hour. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for them to just fix a phone quickly. These people push sales and don’t care about repairs The manager, Robert was laughing in my face. I was literally screaming at the top of my lungs because the disrespect was just too much. I explained to them that out of my frustration The previous two appointments I ended up buying a whole new phone, which was completely unnecessary just because they were unable to repair a simple screen. All the story gives you is excuses and bullshit options. When I went to go see why I was never getting alerted when the parts came in even though I had an appointment to fix it that same day they still have you come back a few days later because they never have the equipment ready for your appointment. So when I told them that that’s bullshit and their protocol doesn’t work and then it’s a horrible false advertising and false marketing because it’s not true I never received a phone call. They looked in the system and they had my wrong phone number… Who in Miami has a 385 area code they are so incompetent that they wrote my phone number 385 instead of 305. It’s a bunch of high school kids nobody cares. Nobody knows anything. They don’t even bother to have your correct phone number and confirm that honestly I had to leave the store because it escalated, and I was crying for nearly an hour begging for help they literally do not care whatsoever nor will they fix your phone
