  My iPhone was broken and they quoted me $470 to fix it. I said no because that’s basically the price for a new phone but I contacted apple thru sms and they quoted me $113 to fix it. I’m appalled honestly and I’m grateful I didn’t pay for it but I’m just letting everyone know so they are aware.

  Hola sinceramente no ahí manera de explicar el buen servicio al cliente que nos brinda la Apple Store de dade land mall, en especial por Sofia Ella me ayudó en todo mi proceso cuando fui hoy a comprar mi nuevo celular todas las Apple Store necesitan más trabajadores como Sofía!!👍🙏

  I had an appointment at 1:15 PM today for a phone repair at the Apple Store at Dadeland Mall. I arrived early, and I was told my phone would be ready around 3:00–3:05 PM. I came back at 3:00 as instructed, but my phone was not ready. I was repeatedly told to wait 10 more minutes, then 30 more minutes, and this continued until I finally received my phone around 5:00 PM. After that, I was told I needed to contact my carrier, Cricket, to activate my service. The problem was that I had no internet on my phone and I was there alone. I spent hours sitting there while employees passed me from one person to another. They even gave me an old phone to call Cricket, but it barely worked. Around 7:00 PM, I was finally told that Cricket does not allow activation through Apple and that I needed to go directly to Cricket. This should have been explained to me from the beginning. If someone had simply told me that at 5:00 PM, I could have left and handled it myself. I understand that repairs can take longer than expected, but the lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing. I paid for my phone in full and have insurance on it, so I expected much better service. No customer should have to spend their entire afternoon and evening at the store just to receive information that could have been given hours earlier

  For such an expensive store, the customer experience is extremely disappointing. The waiting area is very uncomfortable—there are no chairs or sofas, just small cubes scattered around for people to sit on. Even when you have an appointment, you can still end up waiting. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect a much more comfortable and organized experience. The waiting area definitely does not match the quality or prices of the store.
