  The costumer service should improve at this location, I bought an iPhone today and the guy at the checkout was acting like I was getting something for free, it ruined the whole apple experience, I will never get back to this location again

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic experience at the Apple Store from the moment I arrived. I got there at opening time and was actually applauded as I walked in, which was certainly an unusual and memorable welcome! The staff were extremely helpful and helped me resolve a charging problem with my Apple Watch completely free of charge. They also allowed me to stay in the store while my watch charged so I could make sure everything was working properly. What impressed me most was that the staff could easily have left me to it once they had identified the problem, but instead they stayed with me and made sure I was fully sorted before I left. The store itself is lovely, spacious and very well presented. Excellent customer service from start to finish and a great example of staff going that little bit further to help a customer.

  June and Rian were absolutely amazing! The store was incredibly busy, but they were so sweet, patient, and genuinely fun that I barely even noticed the chaos around us. They kept me laughing while answering all my questions and I honestly learned more about my Apple products in that one hour than I have in years of owning them. Their personalities and customer service made the entire experience. Apple is lucky to have them!

  I had one of my worst experiences ever at an Apple Store… today at about 18 hrs was received by Christopher at the store to receive customer support. I was looking for technical information about the new Mac mini and the differences about the models and optional. Configurations… all his answers were: look into the internet and look for that , bad attitude, lack of interest and knowledge, and above all awful manners

  We came today to the Apple store itself to get and receive exceptional service buying a brand new phone updated and a PC tablet. An event that would take maybe an hour and I’m taking over four hours. And when we spoke to someone in charge, they said it happens. Unacceptable. My entire day was wasted sitting in an Apple Store just to simply transfer the information that was already on an Apple phone to another phone a new phone and they couldn’t resolve it. So greatly disappointed in the store in Miami Brickell. They will never earn my business ever again.
