  Terrible service. Came in for a Genius Bar appointment. The guy could care less to fix my phone nor did he even touch it. The store made me buy a 1600 dollar iPhone to fix my issue but no issue was fixed. When I went back they told well you can return it lol. No attempt to even help me with my issues. Fernando at the Genius Bar was the person who "helped" me. Horrible service. As a loyal customer and advocate of apple and former employee Im honestly appalled to the level of service. I made an appointment was put to wait even when arriving on time. Also when I asked then to return the phone that was sold to me they put in another line to try and see if I can return it.I just left and took the loss. figured out the issue on my own.

  Llevo usando el AWU desde que salió al mercado,he tenido que cambiar el reloj 6 veces,porque se avería cada nada,lo compré porque es apto(supuestamente para bucear hasta 40 metros),haciendo una inversión bastante importante,además he podido cambiarlo por el seguro APPLE CARE que tengo desde el inicio de la compra,el día 16 de junio de este año,lleve a cambiar a APPEL BRICKELL en Miami,pensando que al ser una tienda Apple podría resilver el problema con rapidez,en la tienda me lo recogieron y me dieron estimado para recoger el día junio 23,hoy junio 24 he ido a la tienda APPLE BRICKELL para saber de mi reloj y me han dicho que aún no lo tienen y no son capaces de decir cuándo estará listo para recoger(el sábado en la mañana vuelo a España a trabajar y no tengo la certeza de poder llevar mi reloj,una vergüenza que una tienda oficial sea incapaz de tener en tienda stock para poder satisfacer estos imprevistos y el personal sea incapaz de asegurar que tendré mi AWU en tiempo,con el precio que valen el reloj y el seguro podría comprar un reloj de submarinismo con mucha más calidad que la del AWU,si alguna vez tengo que cambiar de reloj seguro será uno diferente,mala experiencia con APPLE y la tienda de BRICKELL,

  This store STOLE my iPhone 16Pro that was less than 6 months old. I provided my email address and they programed my phone number into the loaner phone - then they used contact information that was not mine while I was out of town on extended work related business and said that I did not respond to their attempts to reach me. The fact that they did not try to reach me on the contact information that I provided and they took means they STOLE the phone. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!! THEY ARE COMPLETELY NON RESPONSIVE EVEN VIA EMAIL!!!
