  I've been with cricket for the last 7 years. For some reason they closed the one near me and opened this one. I've been in 5 separate times to try to replace my phone, and every single time it's the same two Spanish women, not interested in the least in helping out. They don't speak any English or pretended not too. Ron from the other store was the best help I've ever had, and to go from that to this is disgraceful. I'm switching to boost, it's half the price for the same service. Look at the names on the people making reviews.... Yudith and Franmary.... These employees are just leaving their own business reviews. Don't try to pull the wool over our eyes!
