  Stopped at Best Buy to purchase an iPad for an important presentation, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. Not one employee took ownership or offered proper assistance. Every time I approached someone, I was passed off to another employee instead of actually being helped. After speaking with roughly four different employees, I was told to wait by the Apple section for someone to assist me — and no one ever came. Definitely not worth the drive, the time, or the headache. Very frustrating experience overall.

  It is definitely a scam. They sell you a product, you reach a payment agreement, and then they change it whenever they feel like it. You keep paying and paying, yet the balance only goes up—it never goes down. I definitely do *not* recommend using this store; furthermore, if anything happens to your device, they take no responsibility, and you end up having to pay for all the additional costs yourself.

  I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Sol from Geek Squad. The computer sales associates couldn’t clearly explain the differences between Geek Squad Protection and the Total plan, but Sol was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything in detail. Because of her advice, I felt confident in my purchase. She made the whole process much easier. Highly recommend asking for Sol if you need help with protection plans. Happy with my new Laptop!

  THE WORST STORE!!! Made an online order. Drove 1hr in traffic to pick up a TV. When ordered said pu available in within an hour. I arrived right at closing and noone wanted to help. Said they are closing at 9pm. Drove back another hour and received an email that the order is cancelled. Online support is a AI and not helpful at all. There is no way to contact the store. 0 customer service and so inconvenient that you can place an order but they will cancel upon. The store should take responsibility and make it right. They do not care, and bellow will write some excuse and apologies automated without any responsibility. Manager of store should do better inventory, it is 2026 aafter all. THIS BESTBUY IS THE WORST!!!! Please look at the photos attached.

  It’s sad Best Buy. You guys need to hire new people because honestly at this location and then a lot of locations right now they’re stealing things for themselves when they come out or they’ll hide it so when they get off, they can buy it or they’ll have somebody come in and buy it for them and honestly, this is getting ridiculous. It shows that they have something online in stock and this happens all the time to me here and when I come in the store, I give them the cucumber it shows that they have it in the store, but supposedly they don’t have it so you know what I’m gonna do is. I’m gonna call quick right now and let them know that the employees are stealing products when they come in store or they’re hiding it so they can buy it when they’re off and this is ridiculous cause I’ve wasted time to come all the way over here because he said they had in stock and now they don’t want to give it to me because one of the employees have it and they’re hiding it and it’s obvious too so it’s just like come on man like you guys need to do something about this or hire some new people.
