  Switched from a different provider and received a new phone without a SIM card. Theresa at the cricket store was phenomenal. She was able to get my phone working without any problem. It was amazing how she can multi-task between helping me, other customers and answering the phone...I left being a very happy customer.... Thanks so much Theresa!!

  Stay away totally disrespectful and my new cell has been hacked since February 26th and they refuse to help. I bought a new phone from Ervin and it's hacked and they say they can't help me get my other phone off the old account. That's a boldfaced lie. The Spanish guy at the store with the ponytail cut off my connection to customer service when he waltzed in the King Street location. I'd been waiting 15 minutes by that time. He never has a name tag on either Hmmmm. The other hacker is using my messages to get the codes to sign in. As a matter of fact I wasn't told that I was getting an ESim and I truly believe that they used the QR code and mic so another party who they are friends with could hack me. Absolutely ILLEGAL and I will tell the authorities. I've been in and out 7-8 times. My Cricket app keeps getting signed out, the female Manager on Dixon in Cocoa caused my phone to be uncertified and then didn't fix it. A female boss from Orlando showed up when I was in the store and made the Manager go to lunch and avoid helping me then she suddenly had a meeting online when I drove all the way back to see her. True story. What the hell is happening here? Despicable company. I want a new phone!!!!!!! These people in a court case we filed continue to stalk and harass me due to this negligence ...my safety is in question. Denise D. P.S. Why can't I walk in and get my hacked phone fixed by Cricket if they are a caring company? They tell me to go online? Simple they are in on the corruption. True story!!!
