  For years I’ve been buying camera gear from this store. Poor service, poor product inventory. Always have to order item, defeats the purpose of going in, just order online. Staff not very knowledgeable about basic items. I know there’s a lot of equipment, but they should know how to direct you to someone who can help if they can’t, instead of shrugging and offering no solution. I dropped off my camera to total tech desk for repair and the girl didn’t understand what an SD card slot in a camera was / kept putting down my camera on the lens not on its base. I was baffled. It’s in for repair 4 weeks now. Apparently they didn’t even send it out of the store to the vendor for 14 full days. My last repair took a week so someone at the STORE, not the repair site, is dropping the ball. Save time, money, and stress, go to another store.

  Abel was super helpful and awesome helping get my apple set up. He took the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal. A delight to be helped by would recommend anyone going to ask for him

  The customer service I have received from Geek Squad has been horrible. I made an appointment, drove 45 minutes there, appointment at 4. Waited 15 minutes to be asked if I was waiting for Geek Squad, then the lady didn’t say anything just walked away. Came back around 4:30 and stated to help me. Went through all of the steps to check my phone for additional issues, another 45 minutes, then was informed they didn’t have the screen for my phone. I was irritated and asked why I wasn’t informed before I drove all the way there, her response was that I would have had to go through the steps regardless and at least the paperwork was done. Then she handed me my phone, I left. I received a call Sunday from a very nice gentleman who was very helpful and understanding. Told me the screen would be expressed and the next or following day, I’d be able to have my phone repaired. It is now Tuesday with no call to schedule, every time I call them I can’t get through. Just been super annoying with very little help. I guess I’ll drive all the way to Orlando to get help.

  Bought a laptop in April 2025. Bought the 3 year Geek Squad plan. Hard drive crashed. Took it in to Geek Squad & they tried to charge me almost $200 for their annual plan. I already bought the plan! Why charge me again. Absolute rip off!

  I was fortunate enough to have ALEX in TVs and an electronics serve me. It was knowledgeable very friendly. Talk me into spending more money than I plan to, but it was well well worth it. He’s an asset to your company so I think he should be rewarded! Deedee 🥰
