  Took my cat with a voucher and he obviously has feline herpes. They wrote up a list of things to pay for but the one star is for being courteous and respectful and giving him an antibiotic which I told them wasn’t working when they called in 24 hours and asked for famciclovir. They refused and stated that I need to come and do diagnostics because he was skinny and had other issues. I told them he wasn’t going to survive and the famciclovir was a Hail Mary they refused and said try other hospitals that are cheaper. I said he can’t be moved in his condition. So the said no to try and save my cat’s life. So they are obsessed with money and couldn’t care less about saving his life. I begged and stated I’ll write a really good review if they can please prescribe it and they refused. So here’s my honest opinion. They care only about money. Also I’m not white the staff was 100% white. So idk why they couldn’t try to save my cat. I think it’s scorn for people who don’t have lots of money and idolization of people who do. Because it would cost them nothing to prescribe the medication that would save him . When you withhold good when it costs you nothing to give it, it usually means you are a very mean person. So no I’ll never go there again.

  Everyone is great and super helpful. I am in there a lot with different pets so they have to deal with me often and we have been customer for 3 years now. I’m grateful for their help and patience. Shout out to Jennifer, Nicki, Misty, Dr. Black and Dr. Wilson. Thank you all!

  Not the place it used to be. They answer saying “we treat you pet like family” then just make up policies to charge you more in efforts to most likely cover the renovations they just did…no more free nail services with a dr visit…had to call back 4 times for a quote on a growth removal when told I’d get it the same week..it took two 1/2..This place sadly has gone down hill.

  My first visit was made really easy. I received honest and professional service here. They even made personal touches to the experience with my cats names on a welcome board, and a tote bag to carry out prescriptions, paperwork, and not to mention complimentary toys for my 2 cats. This animal hospital has southern charm and a sense of hopitality. 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend. Easy in and out with an appointment for primary care. They weren't pushy salesmen. They suggested what was necessary and gave me options for care. That was so refreshing.
