Unbelievably unprofessional service at this store. I’ve been with Cricket for 6+ years and have never been treated with such disrespect. I called the store with a quick question and politely asked for the manager’s name. The manager, Isaac, refused to give his name and hung up on me. Having worked in business management for years, I can tell you that hanging up on customers is the quickest way to ruin a business. The physical location is no better—it's dirty, completely out of stock with no display or dummy phones, and the staff ignores the queue, skipping waiting customers. Isaac and this team clearly don't know what actual customer service means. Corporate will be getting a direct call about how Isaac handles customers and runs this branch. Avoid this place if you value basic courtesy and decent service.

I have been a Cricket Wireless customer for over six years, but my recent experience with this store and its manager, Isaac, was the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I called with a simple question and asked for the manager’s name, only for Isaac to refuse to provide his full name and hang up on me. As someone with years of business management experience, I know that hanging up on a paying customer—especially as a manager—is completely unacceptable. On top of the terrible attitude, the store itself is poorly run and filthy. They have no inventory, not even dummy phones on display, and the customer flow is completely disregarded as people are skipped in line without care. Refusing basic professionalism and hanging up on long-standing customers is a terrible look. A formal complaint is being filed directly with corporate regarding Isaac's conduct and the management of this location. Save yourself the headache and avoid this store.
