- DPDeborah Platt2 days ago5.0Kudos to Dr. Chelsey Ellingson and vet tech Cassidy. Today I had a difficult last day with my beloved cat Callee. They were caring, patient and gentle during this difficult time. They treated both Callee and I with patience and walked me through what was happening. They did not rush me and they were very respectful of Callee. They made this difficult day easier because of their kindness, patience and professionalism.

- SSSerena SeminarioSep 18, 20261.0Our first visit went well next visit a couple months later having some issues our 4 year old dog was biting his tail a lot came here looking for answers and what to do veterinarian came into the room looked at my dog ran a flea comb through his fur an said it’s fleas I didn’t see fleas on the comb but agreed to get him a flea pill maybe a month later using a cone on my dog regularly I come home from work my dog bit half his tail off we took him to urgent pet vets in Crystal river veterinarian explained he had a bad infection and typically when the smallest wounds are found on a tail they normally suggest amputation or antibiotics and a cone so very unhappy none of this would have happened if they would have explained this during my visit here
- KKKiraSep 9, 20265.0I'm new to Florida and I must say, everyone was pleasant the day I came in. It's a bit unorganized in the front. Nothing is separated, so you enter with your pet through doors that have dogs/cats on the other side. Not all are friendly and if your anything like me, I get a bit skittish myself with unfamiliar owners and their pets. Other then that, once we were in a room, they continued with their professionalism. Dr. Peterlin was wonderful with my girls (dogs) and was very thorough and considerate, not only to me, but both my girls. So happy I chose to come here. It's been a trial bases before. Their costs are very reasonable and couldn't recommend it more. If your new, be sure to bring any previous health care paperwork and be sure to sign in and fill questionnaire. 😊
