I wish they were in Panama City …. I would transfer my baby to this office group from our current veterinarian if they were closer than 5 hours away. The vet tech and Dr. Woch did so good with him and I never once felt like I/we were being judged or felt out of place. We even got some medication perscribed to help calm him down for our next visit. They are great! 10/10 recommend.
- ABadrianne brimieJun 4, 20265.0I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at VCA Lecanto, but wanted to give specific shouts out to Dr. Woch and Sarah. When we learned that our Reo needed surgery to remove a mast cell tumor, Dr. Woch was honest and kind and offered options. Too often you hear that surgery is the only option. Instead, Dr. Woch provided us with a non-surgical and a surgical option. We elected surgery but it was our choice and not something Dr. Woch or the practice pushed. And I also want to say that Dr. Woch might have a secret career in plastic surgery, because the two areas that masses were removed from were stitched up beautifully. Now onto Sarah...she's my girl!!! Just like Dr. Woch, she provided clear estimates for our procedure options, answered all 845 questions I had and is the kindest soul. She took the time to reach out right after surgery with an update, sent photos, a video which made my heart melt and kept me abreast until it was time to pick up Reo. When Reo came walking out from recovery, tail tagging and with Sarah, I could have cried happy tears. And a quick thank you to Cassidy who also texted me between procedures with a status update. Sooo appreciated. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the care you provide both our dogs and the peace of mind you give mom and dad.
