I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the team at VCA Promenade. They have taken such incredible care of Vino over the years, whether he is there for a routine visit, something more serious, or boarding while I’m away. What means the most to me is how quickly they act when something is wrong. They never make me feel like I’m overreacting, they take my concerns seriously, move quickly to get answers, and genuinely make me feel like Vino is receiving the absolute best care possible. Vino also boards here regularly, and the staff absolutely LOVE him. They know him, get excited to see him, and treat him like he is part of their own family. As a dog mom, there is no better feeling than being able to leave your dog somewhere and know he is safe, loved, and being cared for by people who genuinely adore him. The funniest part is that Vino is probably the only dog I know who LOVES going to the vet. The second we pull up, he is excited to go inside and see everyone, which I think says more about this team than any review ever could. Thank you to Zach, Dr.Willie and everyone at VCA Promenade for loving Vino almost as much as I do and for always going above and beyond for him. I am so grateful to have a veterinary team I trust completely. ❤️

I had multiple terrible traumatic experiences with this place. Botched treatments, horrible doctors advice and very expensive. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Ive been charged thousands due to their mistakes and negligence. Horrible staff, horrible doctors, horrible treatment. Please do not make the same mistake I made.

Staff is extremely rude! All they want is your money! They don't care about animals! Don't go there!

I just left VCA after picking up my cat whome i care about dearly she was very well treated and so was I.. Kaley at the front desk was very friendly and was kind to make me a same day appointment even though i was a first time client also the first visit was FREE also the Vet Doctor Britteny Santos was superb she does well with cats after making me a plan to do an enema and sedation for my cat i agreed to it , after about 1 hour i got a call from her saying my cat was ready to pick up and she did not even need to sedate her... that alone reduced my bill significantly but more important is there honesty i have 5 cats and i plan to bring them all here from now on because of Miss Santos Thank you very much for youre help
