- AAAnn6 days ago5.0Sal A did a great job; very professional, friendly, skillful and patient as I worked thru the 75% surcharge with Ace office. I believe I should have been advised of that surcharge upfront when discussing the scope of the work and costs. Additionally, I find the surcharge to be excessive. Otherwise my dealings with Ace were helpful. I am rating 5 because of the great job that Sal A did. Regrettably, I would have to rate Ace 3 because of the non-disclosure of the surcharge.
