  I had to go back to the store because I told the manager, Lynn, to add my card for AutoPay. She told me it had already been done, but now my phone line has been disconnected. On top of that, when I went back to address the issue, she was extremely rude. I don’t understand why they put people in management positions if they don’t know how to help customers or provide good customer service. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to that store.

  Fui hace unos dias y me atendió una señorita que me repitió como 4 veces que es la manager de la tienda, pero sin embargo no pudo ayudarme a transferir mis contactos y fotos y fue muy grosera. Luego volví otro día y me atendió otra muchacha Lara, muy amable y servicial y ella si me ayudó a transferir todo, tuvo mucha paciencia. Cuando regrese obviamente quiero que me atienda Lara, a ella si le daría 5 estrellas
