  Our senior dog Lola has a mass in her bladder that we found doing an ultrasound. It was horrible to see and I started crying so hard. The Dr and staff were very supportive and I appreciate their honesty and instructions of how to best keep her comfortable until we can’t anymore. 😞

  Excellent, with mostly good employees. It’s a bit out of our way, but still take our German Shepherd here. They can take care of most needs and concerns for your pets. Only downside is that it is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

After facing an illegal refusal and corporate greed at Banfield⚠️, followed by a ridiculous and completely inflexible interaction with an employee at VCA Clermont🧐, my experience with VCA was completely turned around💖. Yesterday afternoon, I received a call from Erick at corporate✨️, who very kindly addressed the poor management of the Clermont employee and personally went out of his way to find and book an appointment for my Chihuahua at VCA Lake Wales. ✨️Today, I was treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism✨️. The entire team at VCA Lake Wales was amazing, especially Nicole and Dr. Marine Josso💖. They examined my pet thoroughly, respected my budget constraints, provided an honest and logical medical protocol with prescription oral antibiotics and specialized wipes, and explained everything step by step✨️. They completely restored my trust💖. If you are looking for true veterinary ethics, compassion, and professionalism, this is the location to go to. ✨️Thank you, Erick, Nicole, and Dr. Josso, and Erin for taking such wonderful care of my best friend!✨️
