  I walked in for a FREE exam then when I walked in the lady had an attitude from the start so I showed the wound my dog had and they proceeded to talk about charging me before examing my dog seem like she only cares about money then a pet…she needs to be fired how can you straight off the back welcome us rudely then proceeded to not even examine my dog…don’t ever come here

  Easy to make appointments and also the employees here are super nice. Doctor also takes his time to understand what's going on. Listens to the patients humans and loves on the patients.

  I've been going here since I moved to Lake Wales in 2001. The staff has always been friendly & the vets are so amazing. It's a little more costly than the other vets but they diagnose & treat with love for the pet. Plus they get the diagnosis right away, no process of elimination for these doctors

  Thank you to the doctors and staff for taking great care of our Caesar boy for almost 14 years! He had the best people taking care of him not only medically but in the boarding facility. We always left him knowing he would be well taken care of. We highly recommend VCA Lake Wales Animal Hospital and Boarding.

  This was the worst experience I've ever had as an animal owner my entire life. We brought our English Mastiff here to be laid to rest and it was torture. He clearly was not dosed right as it took 45 mins of Bruno hallucinating, babbling his head, watching his tongue turn purple and they did NOTHING!!!! 45 MINS OF PURE HELL. I have stage 4 cancer and it exploded after this stressful experience. I didnt sleep for days because I kept having nightmares that they burned him alive. I tried calling and left multiple messages and NO RETURN CALL! Horrible! I have every intention of reporting them but I beg you not to bring your pet here to be put to sleep. You guys should be ashamed and disgusted at your behavior and how you handled my dog's final moments. It is still with me months later, I could only now bring myself to write about it. Please don't come here.
