Was overcharged for an item as well as extra fees being added for shopping in store. Was told if I didn't want to pay the "upgrade fees" then I should have bought online which I don't do due to security issues. The store would not honor the online price for the other item and even raised the price again when i "bundled" a few accessories. After coming home and checking my receipt, I went back later to demand a refund. Instead of taking care of the problem the district manager only argued with me and threatened me as I was leaving the store. This was totally unprofessional by the manager and he should be fired for threatening a customer while the rest of the store should be retrained in proper customer service. I'm shocked a company like cricket would allow their "authorized dealers"(i was told they are not a cricket store only an authorized dealer yet they still represent the brand) to have such shady business practices which will lose the company a $1200+ a year customer over poor customer service and a $35 refund.
