  I don't recommend this store because they don't seem to train their staff and they're not even capable of helping you with a phone. I switched to T-Mobile. no recomiendo esta tienda porque al parecer no entrenan al personal y no son capacitados para sacarle aún un teléfono me pasé para t movil

  Marlon at Cricket Wireless is an exceptional salesman and provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making the experience feel rushed or pressured. He’s so good at what he does that he almost convinced me to add the internet bundle—and I don’t even need internet service! That says a lot about his ability to explain the value of a product and connect with customers. Marlon is exactly the kind of employee you want representing your company. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, and I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you visit this Cricket Wireless location. Give this man some recognition—he earned it!

  Marcus provided outstanding customer service at the Cricket store. He was incredibly pleasant, caring, and kind to everyone in my group. Marcus was knowledgeable, intelligent, personable, and had such a wonderful personality. He took the time to make sure we felt welcomed and well cared for, and his professionalism truly stood out. Thank you so much, Marcus, for being so kind to us and making our experience such a positive one. I will definitely be returning to his store and highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service!
