  Ugh! What a ratchet location! Lucy as the manager has no idea what customer service means, their “care customer service” could hardly care!! Tried to switch to them from Xfinity, paid $168 to transfer 2 lines, only 1 could transfer yet they refuse to refund me!!!! Their “care customer service” offered me $5 ..WTH?!! Only bright spot is Marlon!! He doesn’t belong there! He’s waaaayyy too professional for Cricket! He needs to go to AT&T or Xfinity. Consider yourself warned! Smh. Worse experience ever!!! You definitely get what you paid for. 🤦🏻‍♀️.
