Cricket is good as long as you don't need to make any changes to your account. If you need to change your due date, I was told I had to call on one specific day of the month. I have two lines and wanted to separate the lines. I was told I would have to change my due date and basically set up new lines. I have had a cell phone for over 20 years and this is the most difficult carrier to deal with. They need to make things easier for the customer!
